Poor Management.Trigger happy with their decisions to issue fines etc without previous proof or research.Wouldnt reccomend at all! Live/Rent/Buy elsewhere

As a dog owner, I love the amenities (washing station, dog park) for my pup! The building location is amazing; FH is only an 8min walk to the skytrain, 1min drive to hwy 1, and we have great access to bubble tea.Our building cleaner, Jane, is AMAZING; she is always nice to everyone, is easy to talk to, and is diligent in keeping our hallways vacuumed and cleaned.Our building manager, Jonathan, is responsive to requests and issues as they arise.As a few comments alluded to, the amenities are closed, but as an owner, I’d rather have that then fork out more money for my strata fees, especially given the current condo building insurance environment.Finally, Polygon itself has been responsive with our personal service requests for unit maintenance as defects have arisen.

Good building with great amenities and residents and on site management.

Honestly probably the worse management company I’ve ever had to deal with. Firstly it takes ages for them to reply regarding any internal issues. I purchased this house brand new and had warranty. Every issue took literally months for them to reply to me abs get the issue fixed. HOWEVER, when there is a chance for them to make money they won’t hesitate to contact you ASAP.A friend of mine had a smoke on mh balcony. Within days there was a letter in mh postbox and a fine. It’s absolutely ridiculous!Another incident, there was a bag of recycling containers left on MY Patio. Awm claimed that there was an odour emanating from the bag and there was many complaints. After checking with my neighbours who I have a good rapport with, no complaints had been Made.This company have no morals or business etiquette. I would avoid living here. Having to deal with such incompetent staff, it’s just not worth it.

Worst management company ever (AWM Alliance). The elevator has been unservicable for over a week now nobody has done anything about it. In addition to gym equipment and pool being unservicable, the management company is quick to hand out fines for random rule breaches." Nice place to live but the management company clowns need to be replaced"

Very bad property management also I can’t use the balcony because of weed smell every time. Garbage building. Not recommended.

Current management, Earl, is helpful and nice. Location is good, in between 2 Skytrain station with easy access to Brentwood mall, Whole food and Save on Food. Walmart, Super store, and Canadian Tire are one station away.The biggest issue with the building are, first the railway entering the tunnel. In Summer, you won’t be able to take it. It’s loud, above 50 dB. In Winter with windows close it doesn’t bother. Tenants smoke, which is prohibited in the building. Even though management constantly inform people not to, some think they are smart and they can get away, not understanding people can smell!Overall, it’s an Ok building but not something you want to invest your money. Unless, they figure out the train sound.

Amazing building filled with friendly people. Great amenities including gym, yoga studio, outdoor pool/hot tub and dog park. Location is perfectly situated in Brentwood, steps from great shops and groceries yet nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac giving the units privacy and spectacular views. Everything you need is within walking distance including 2 sky train stations and a 1 minute drive to highway 1.

Great apartment building, nice suites and lots of friendly people. Parkade is very nice. Surrounding location is up and coming.Open garden / recreational area for running, dogs, etc...Would love to buy a condo in the building were I not renting. :)

The building management is reasonable and functional in good order as since this Summer.Polygon company are taking care of my requests in fixing warranty repairs. To create a friendly living environment is Mainly occupants responsibility. Building management can be big part of that.
