Showcase Restaurant & Bar
Pan roasted steelhead salmon was moist on the inside yet skin was crunchy. The carrots purée and chimichurri sauce elevated the flavors in the dish. Yum! Good service and nice atmosphere.

Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh and tasty. $36 for adults but only $15 for kids. I definitely got my money's worth.

Showcase Restaurant & Bar
Fantastic and affordable for the date night.I came for the set menus on Thanksgiving. There are 4 courses and you have 2 options. I’m not sure it’s very tasty or not because I never had dishes before but I really like the environment. I can chill and unwind with my partner for several hours in this restaurant. I like the service.

The restaurant have a very good location. Easily accessible from outside as it is for hotel guests.Situated inside hotel Mariot already set a bar of excellence for you and so it is maintained well.Food is good and drinks selection is good especially because they are served in specific glassware for Christmas.Couldn’t eat a lot of food but two things tried were good.

Showcase Restaurant & Bar
We decided to give this restaurant a try for a weekend date night.The service was great- we were well taken care of but even better was the food. Portions were generous- we tried the roasted red pepper soup (simply amazing), cornbread appetizers (yummy but a bit on the sweeter side), steak as the main- certainly impressive- plated beautifully and cooked to perfection.Dessert was inventive and fun- the s’more brownie was fun and delicious— I’d definitely return as the value and quality was there.

We visited Showcase on a Sunday evening right before happy hour ended and we were able to try the happy hour drinks. I had the caesar which was average, but the strawberry gin and tonic was yummy.The five if us shared some appetizers and a few mains. Amongst these dishes I especially enjoyed the Hokkaido seared scallops and the Sable fish entrees (it was a special for the night).The service was excellent and seating was comfortable. We look forward to coming back on a night with live music!

Showcase Restaurant & Bar
The Showcase restaurant had their holiday menu and decided to give it a try. The Lamb chop was fantastic, it was tender and juicy. The turkey was cooked to perfection, not dry at all. The short rib was truly the highlight, you don't need a knife to cut through it, it literally falls apart. Overall, very satisfied with the holiday menu.

We stayed in Marriot hotel and this restaurant basically is the hotel lobby restaurant. We went there for a brunch which it was 38 bucks for buffet. We decided to order from menu since we like to have omelette and eggs Benedict which were not in buffet. None of them were good! We were surprised the spinach omelette was really bad with some bad smell. Don’t remember how much we paid but sure it wasn’t cheap. Don’t recommend this place!

I found out about showcase restaurant through google search and I am glad that I did. I was amazed by the warm and elegant ambiance of this place. The food & drinks were exceptional. Crispy Calamari was out of this world. Our server, Alex was very friendly. A big thanks to him.

Showcase Restaurant & Bar
I have loved this restaurant so much that I've eaten here twice during my 4 night stay. I am dairy free and the chef was able to accommodate this request so well! Also ask for Mariella as your server - Her recommendations were spot on and her warmth and friendliness made solo dining fun.
