I was given 2 coupons for whopper 2 for 1m meal deal. Coupon say valid on delivery orders through App only. I downloaded the app, give my email address and physical address then registered. Then I get notice they dont deliver so I drove down to the store and the same counter person that gave me the coupons said they dont deliver. I told her ok Ill save you the trip, Im here now and you dont have to deliver to me. She laughed and said no. I was going to that place atleast 4 times a week for breakfast so now they dont get anymore of my business over a $11.00 Wopper meal coupon they refused to honour. Essentially saying that $11 Wopper meal was worth more than the $40/week for undetermined amount of time along with the people seeing the reviews.They gave out the coupons limited to delivery orders and they DO NOT deliver. Owner loses the customers, servers lose the tips and a manager thinks they made a sound business decision.

I ordered a roadhouse king burger meal with a side of gravy and I went to fill up my drink and by the time I was done my meal was ready. First of all the woman I didn’t put my gravy on there and she apparently didn’t hear me say “king”so they gave me a very small one patty, no bacon and 2 very very small onion rings that you don’t even see thru the bun. When I confronted they just said they didn’t hear that. I know I said it 3 times. No one said the woman was new. So I had to wait.. with now getting cold fries. Then refunded me then charged me full price for what I actually ordered. They were not friendly about it and didn’t take ownership when I speak very loudly naturally. I got left with a decent burger but cold too crunchy fries. I would never come back here.

Great experience! Not to be biased, as I compare my experience in other fast food, staffs here are friendly and accommodating. They served our meals fresh and clean. Perfect ambience for bonding !!! Mis Wendy is very approachable
