Carlos asked all the right questions to find out what I thought my problems were. Then he proceeded to work on the necessary area. He then suggestions exercises for me to do at home. I walked out feeling better than I walked in.

Carlos is very invested in his clients well being! Not only does he offer incredible deep tissue and restorative massages, but he provides guidance in suggestions around stretching to help maintain healthy muscles and tissues. He is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, compassionate, and provides a positive experience. He is professional and passionate about his work. He offers direct billing for insurance companies. I come from the downtown core of Victoria and he’s definitely worth the commute for me! Highly recommend him!

I was referred to Carlos/Symmetry by my physiotherapist. He is very personable and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Carlos was extremely responsive to the amount of pressure he could apply to certain areas, which I greatly appreciated. I will be seeing him again and highly recommend his services

I had the privilege of having Carlos come to our workplace for an onsite massage. He was attentive to my needs and was very skilled. I requested that he use alot of pressure as this is something that I really like, but often have trouble finding someone that can provide that amount pressure for the length of the massage. He did not disappoint, it was exactly how I like it!I will be booking future sessions with him both onsite and at his clinic. He is a fantastic masseuse.

Carlos is an amazing RMT. He has given me recommendations for improvements in my stretching routine. I prefer deep pressure as I tend to be quite stiff, I was quite happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

Carlos is awesome! I would classify his massages more on the “sports” spectrum as opposed to “relaxation”. I like the evening booking options.He’s also got a coaching/training side hustle that I haven’t tried yet but I’d totally trust him for that too- he knows what he’s talking about!

Carlos is friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say about my injury. He provided me an effective massage that was specific to my requests. I will be rebooking with Carlos going forward. I will recommend Carlos to my family, friends, and co-workers.
