Realistic Heating
Joe was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my 30+ yr old furnace and execute/explain the fix. He was on time for the service call and the fee was reasonable. Joe answered all my questions in a easy-to-understand manner and offered options for future upgrades. Later on in the day, he even followed up with a solution to my blower fan issue we discussed during the service call.

Realistic Heating
My furnace went down on Saturday Night and I called Joe from Realistic Heating & Ventilation on Sunday Morning. He came around noon on Sunday and diagnosed the problem to be the mother board and the transformer . He came back on Monday morning and got the furnace working by replacing it with a used part for quarter of the price. I will gladly recommend him for any furnace repairs.

During a recent cold snap, our furnace stopped working. I called Joe as he was recommended by a friend. I was looking to replace the furnace, it had been giving us problems for a while. Joe came to my house right away as he was in the area. He explained the different options as far as products go and we decided to go with Rheem. Joe returned the next day and installed the new unit. He was reliable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Realistic Heating to all my family and friends

Our furnace and hot water tank stopped working on the same day. No heat or hot water. We took a chance on someone new and called Realistic Heating. He showed up within 2 hours, got the pilot light going, diagnosed furnace as needing a new motor. He drove to get it and one hour later, all our issues were fixed. Feel very fortunate to have found him. Super friendly guy, very reasonable prices and got the job done quickly. Our search stops here. If you are looking for a heating specialist, look no further. Texted Joe at 700 PM to see if he was open"He called back and came to fix our furnace next day. Needed extra part as he came on a Saturday of a long weekend. so changed his Tuesday schedule to fix our furnace when supplier opened up."
