Stayed at Mason Cabin back in October of 2021. A great little cabin that has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing stay. The spot is just far enough away from the road you won't see anyone or anything unless you go actively looking. A great little fire pit and dock on a semi private lake. It is shared with a very small conference centre style building, but there was no activity there during our stay.Would return for another stay!

We just got back from a great two nights at Cabinscapes. We stayed at Hawkweed Cabin. It snowed both days but it was really cool watching it from all the windows in the Cabin. You definitely don't feel closed in. This location has a lot to do around specially if you like hiking and small towns. I would recommend it if you are looking for something a little different or are interested in Tiny homes.

Penner Cabin is definitely my favourite location ever for an off-grid getaway. As a nature/bird nerd, it was incredible to be immersed in a vibrant and alive ecosystem while enjoying a camping like experience with amazing added luxuries. We can’t wait to visit more Cabinscape cabins but Penner will always be a sure winner for us.

We stayed at Juniper cabin for our anniversary. The cabin was in a beautiful location, was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with games to play and books to read. Everything was easy to use and we had a fantastic time. Would highly recommend a stay with Cabinscape!

We had such a wonderful stay at the beautiful cabin in the woods. We stayed at Elio cabin on Fowlers Lake. It felt so private and remote until someone needed to be pushed out of the snow and a very kind and friendly gentleman from the Cabinscape team was there in minutes to help! Such great peace of mind! The cabin was well maintained and cozy. More than enough water supplied for two of us for the weekend. I love every minute up there that I cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to connect with nature, and get outside especially in these winter days when camping in a tent isn’t really an option (for most of us who get too cold anyways!)

Cabinscape is truly a gift, it’s an escape from the hustle and bustle of reality. The cabins were clean, functional and well placed in such a picturesque setting. Their staff is so friendly, knowledgeable of the land and inner workings of each cabin so if there are any questions they are so happy to help! Emily and Her partner Tom were such wonderful hosts with such enthusiastic natures that it made our stay that much more special! We are thankful and will be happy to visit again! ALSO! The Tickless and cabinscape pup care kit was a great addition to our stay to ensure our pup remained Tickless as he wandered the Haliburton forest on our hike!

My family had a fantastic first experience with Cabinscape. We stayed at the Hawkweed Cabin in Kirkfield, ON. We are already thinking about our next cabinscape vacation. The cabin was quaint and well thought out. My family of three had no problems with the size. We stayed in early July and had amazing weather. Thankfully, a breeze kept us a bit cooler than the air temperature. I do not know what we would have done had it rained, though. Our quarry entry platform was easily accessible, but we are able bodied people. If you have mobility issues, the main dock may be a better option to access the water. The cabin runs on solar power and a small generator, and we had no issues charging devices for three. The views of the quarry were very nice, and the sail offered some shade during peak sun hours. We enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding while we were on the water. The cabin stove and bbq were more than enough for me to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The cost per night is reasonable, but aside from fun on the water, there is not a lot to do in the area. We visited the Trent Severn lock and a local bird conservatory, but they were just fillers for the day. The village of Kirkfield is basically closed during the week. A small convenience store and pharmacy were the only things open. It feels very remote with no grocery store or restaurants in the area. We do enjoy supporting local when we vacation. If you are visiting, pack and plan for a variety of options for yourself and your family or just bring a good book and get ready to escape the everyday grind.

Wow, wow, wow!! We are just on our way home from a two-day excursion/mystery tour that included an itinerary of interesting (and fun!) places to visit on our way to Goldenrod cabin the first night and Kaya cabin the second. We were a little skeptical setting out on a cold January day, but things couldn’t have gone smoother. All details were tended to, the cozy little cabins were amazing, the snow-filled scenery was spectacular. Thank you so much to everyone on the Cabinscape team for creating such an amazing platform for all of us to creating lasting memories!!

We had a fantastic time enjoying nature and the cabin. What a gem of a place!!! So peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the clean cabin with all the modern amenities of home. It was so amazing to be on the lake and have so much privacy. Thank you so much for the hospitality Laura and John. The wolf dinner was a once and a lifetime experience, wow so cool! We love our mugs, cider and enjoyed the charcuterie board of goodies. We cannot wait for our next Cabinscape!
