Brentwood Card & Gift

I went to pick up my Canada Post parcel. I arrived there @6:10 pm , however they close at 6:00. The store owner was super kind and helpful. She let me in to pick up my box. It was great experience with Canada Post at Brentwood gift shop:)

Called post office. He put phone down to help a customer then never came back to phone. Phone is now off the hook so no one can call the store.

Today I came to Canada Post with a large bag of bulky fragile items, and Neha and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me pack everything in under 10min. They found extra protective air sacs for me, and they recommended the most reasonable shipping option (i.e. not overselling).I witness this level of service every time. They make me feel like family.

Been here a couple times usually is fine (little slow but no big deal). This time, I had a parcel with prepaid shipping on it and the guy insisted I spend 30 dollars again. Ended up going to the Northland post office in shoppers drug mart and had zero issue, the guy there even apologized and laughed when I told him. Honestly it’s 5 minutes away, go there!!

The only post office near Brentwood. Can get very busy at times. Parking can sometimes be a challenge.

Best postal service staff in the world. A young man came in, desperate for his passport. He told the lovely lady, they said it was mailed three weeks ago, but it has not arrived. She checked his case number. Call this number

Canada post is located in this store and be ready to wait in line. Good service though

Visited today to deliver a parcel at the post office. The service was wonderful and the nice young man who helped me deserves a raise for being so nice (plus he gave several very helpful tips about what packages to use and the best shipping prices and such).The cards and gifts store on the other hand? Wouldn't recommend it. The only impression I had was seeing an older man standing at the counter with no PPE or cleaning products in sight. There was no plexi-glass shielding, there was no face mask, not even a face shield!! If you're going to run a professional business during the pandemic, a good way to attract customers is to appear clean and friendly, and this man certainly did not look clean nor friendly. Put a mask on before the health agency notices and shuts you down.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a Willow Tree statue on the 23rd of December for my wife's collection.Unfortunately she already had that Willow Tree figurine. Went back on the 4th of January to return it - was told there is a strict 7 day return policy, even over the holidays - when they're closed for 3 of those days. What a joke!This store will never receive another penny of my business.Very poor customer service, especially for a Christmas gift, over the holidays.Pathetic.Asked to speak to a manager or owner - was told they're out of the county. Zero care for customers after they spend their hard earned money.Avoid being disappointed here and don't visit.

I don't have to go in the shop very often but I was on Post Office business and sometimes people don't understand that when the notice was dropped off in your mailbox that your Parcels then goes back to the main depot then the next day it comes back to the Brentwood post office and can be picked up after a designated time.I want to thank the folks for being patient with me and they're courteous service thank you
