I needed assistance with serving a legal document and off the hop, We Serve & File were the most prompt in inquiry, so I knew that's who my best option was.From there I was connected with Derreck. He was amazing, kept me informed every step of the way and did what he could to help keep it cost efficient. Including assisting me with an air brained address mess up, to avoid additional postage fees and they still arrived on time! I wanted discretion and they did everything they could to assure that, and the paperwork was proper and made me more confident I made the right choices. Thank you for your service! ♡

Derik was fantastic from the moment I contacted him he called me right away even though it was after hours. He explained the process to me and made sure I was kept aware as things progressed. His team did such a fantastic job handling my matter I am very satisfied with We Serve and File, they know if you are contacting them you have been through some things and they take extra care of you which is so appreciated!! Needed a process server and these guys were great. They went the extra mile and kept me informed the whole way throughout the process. They did a fantastic job not only locating the person, but also working the weekend and into the late evening to do it…would strongly recommend they’re services!

This is an amazing service! Most of us don’t have the time or expertise to serve someone. Tbis service is a godsend because it is convenient and simple. It is also priced very reasonably. I never thought I would be in a position to require services like these. I was so overwhelmed and had no clue how to go about the process. When I initially called, I was connected with Derik and he really explained the whole process to me. He was incredibly kind and really helped me out. Compassion was not something I thought I would receive, but that is exactly what I got. I hope to never be in this position again, but if I am I know exactly who to turn to.
