I love this place. I don't even know where to start, so I'll just compliment the staff. You can tell when people put effort into providing even the smallest amount of customer service, and they blow it out of the water, and I can only imagine that sort of thing comes from the top down. Good managers let the staff have some kind of freedom to try out things to improve the customers experience. But maybe I'm just talking out of my chicken legs.
