Irene Apartments

Horrible landlords, no repairs done in the unit we lived in. The laundry is expensive and the management actively avoids you. There is no manager on site, they are located 2-3km away at another apartment building.If you need shelter it's a roof over your head but you will have as much security as a tent in this building.

There are people that don't respect each. The landlord doesn't care about your concerns. The rent is way to high for the living environment. I have no heat because of a power outage and no one showed up to help.The landlord needs to be replaced, or the company needs to smarten up.

I have been broken into 3 times now and they do nothing. I have had to fix my door and replace the locks each time. The third time my door was taken right off its hinges. I have contacted management to no avail with no response what so ever. The police were called and it's under investigation. Having my door fixed should be their first priority but I will wind up paying again to have my door fixed, because they don't care about their renters. I can't afford to move anywhere else so I'm stuck. If you are thinking about renting there run as far and as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
