Whats the problem with your delivery drivers they never buzz to bring the package to your apartment they just leave the door tag and assume you’re not home leaving wasted time to pick up the item 24 hours later get better employees

I don't care to go into how many packages Canada Post has lost and/or damaged on me this year. I am extremely fed up with their poor service and lack of care. They are Absolutely, completely and utterly incompetent. Canada Post is the WORST postal service in the entire world. You know it's bad when the American postal service is doing better than the one from my very own country. An absolute embarrassment. Drunken toddlers with ADHD could provide better and more prompt service than most Canada Post employees. If you need to send a package, try carrier pigeons; you will have a better chance of your package reaching its destination AND the pigeon will be smarter than your regular mail carrier. It's a win/win. Trust me.

Really wish this location would stay open past 5 like the other Canada Post locations. I live downtown but have to travel to the post office on Eramosa anytime I need to mail a parcel because I work 9-5.

Front reception staff are kind. Management could use work on their customer service

Went to verify my ID and address on Tuesday November 29th, 2022 and the teller was extremely rude to me about the proof of address I brought to use. Was not helpful and very upsetting. She should not be working in customer service.

Guelph is currently in an orange restriction due to Covid 19. We are heading to red quickly. One employee serving the public was wearing a chin face shield. I work in front line health care and that is not an appropriate face covering. It is designed for blood spatter protection. It does nothing to filter respiratory droplets. This employee is putting patrons, staff and not to mention herself at risk of spreading the Covid 19 infection. Canada Post needs to re-examine their face mask policies if this type face shield is considered appropriate. I am very disappointed this is being allowed to continue in a government run facility.

Worst customer service! The oldLady at the front counter is super rude

Terrible. This particular location seemingly allows their employees to run around commiting crimes. If you disclose a privacy breach by one of their employees they tell you 'its none of their business'. Well, it turns out friends look after friends. I had to personally go into the sorting facility where my mail was being sorted out by one of their very ill employees. This location seemingly doesn't care or have time for breach of privacy. Beware to all!

The quality of service is low. The lines have been really long whenever I come by. It's also happens very often that Canada Post employees don't bother buzzing for my apartment and just leave a delivery notice. I can understand that it can be annoying for postal workers to wait, but this is definitely not 5 star service.

They've been helpful every time I've been there and have never done me wrong. My biggest complaint would be that sometimes the wait is really long, but they can only really do so much about that.
