I love the products. Ordered highlighter, Eyebrow Pro, lipstick and nail polish but found colours not at all as I expected. The photography on the website is terrible. The descriptions of colours didn't really help. All the products I ordered tended to the yellow end of spectrum rather than pink end, so pink was actually more coral pink. If I could see the products in real life I might order again because I love the texture and general quality, but so far they don't really suit my complextion.

In my opinion the best clean beauty brand out there for both products and services. The Anti-Aging Skincare Routine is a must have, it literarily transformed my skin. Makeup is great, long lasting without the awful feeling of wearing it, and without breakouts. Deodorant and hair routine is a must have. Body products are fantastic as well, fast absorbing and really hydrating. Services are great, always very responsive and helpful. You have another lifetime customer :).

I love Melli. I love knowing I can shop somewhere cruelty free, toxin free and chemical free. The husband is the only one who I have seen works there, and he knows a ton about the products. His wife is also amazing and I have had the privilege of meeting her as well (she gifted me a lipstick and I love it!!) Their cleansing oil and night cream got rid of my eczema that I couldn’t fix for over four years!

The best organic makeup and beauty products I had! My favorite store for all beauty needs! It is refreshing, light, airy and clean. They formulate the most luxurious non-toxic beauty products. The staff is so knowledgeable and nice! I love buying all my beauty items at Melli. It is nice to know when I buy a product here, I'm not buying chemicals or any junk, and they absolutely work. Parking on the street is easy to find. Love this brand!!!

UPDATE, well i finally got the products but it came from Netherlands and had to clear customs. It is not very environmentally friendly to have an Ottawa company (10Km from my house) ship its product from Europe. It sort of counters the natural" image of the product. Anyway

I stumbled across the store last Sunday and was excited about finding a huge selection of locally made vegan beauty and skin-care products. The person in the shop was helpful and clearly proud of the brand. Assistance was offered without a hard sell; this is exactly what I prefer in a retail environment.I purchased a mascara and an eyeshadow, and was given a sample of the deodorant.Mascara: The packaging is stunning. Feels very luxurious. As is typical of vegan mascaras, it does tend to smudge and can be a bit slow to dry, but it is easy to clean up and the applicator does a nice job of separating the lashes. As someone who has used vegan mascara for years, I know not to expect something as long-lasting as a product with synthetics or beeswax; it's a compromise I'm willing to make for a cruelty-free product.The eyeshadow is long-lasting and does not irritate my eyelids. This is excellent, since even the all-natural brand I am using has been giving me a rash. They have a great selection of colours -- would like to see more matte eyeshadows, as I'm 50 and the shiny ones aren't great for crepey skin and hooded eyelids.The deodorant sample is great. It smells lovely and works really well. I have been making my own, and it's pretty effective, but this is definitely the best pre-made natural deodorant I have ever tried. Worth it if you don't want to bother with making it yourself.Overall, I recommend checking it out. I will definitely be going back.

Love the products! The lipstick is so nice. Great colour (need to try a couple other colours now). Very creamy and stays on. Best part is that these products are safe. Haven’t tried my nail care kit other than the nail oil which is awesome! Can’t wait to see what the polish is like once I try!Packaged nicely and arrived in good time...seems very high end. Will definitely order more soon!

Love the 5 step anti-aging skincare routine. The oil face wash actually balances out my oily/combo skin. The 5 set nail care routine is amazing!!! The colours are beautiful and so easy to remove and my nails are healthier then ever :D

I started using Vooqo products just over a year ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted to find a safe, beautiful skincare option. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the Vooqo products and amazing service. I recently called the store wanting advice on their powder foundation. Not being able to go into the store due to Covid, the staff asked me a few questions, had me send a picture so they could see my skin tone and recommend a shade. I received it today(along with their amazing mascara) and the shade is perfect!!!! Thank you Vooqo!
