I can honestly say that the walk in clinic and the pharmacy is the best I have ever visited. The care and knowledge that they have is beyond amazing. They have diagnosed conditions that even a specialist could not figure out.The pharmacy and the owner is truly genuine and cares for their patience and customers.They have now been out families go to for doctors and prescriptions!Daniel is by far so caring and helpful and quick and goes above and beyond for his customers! Daniel and his amazing staff are welcoming and absolutely caring in dealing with their clients.They make you feel like a priority for every visit. I can’t express how grateful I am for this pharmacy team helping us in an emergency. The Pharmacy we have been going to for years last minute told us they weren’t making our child’s extremely important medication anymore, and in very short notice Bonafide was able to make it for us just in time before we ran out. Happy to find a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients and medical care.

I booked a Novavax vaccine online a week ago for the following Sunday, 7 days later. Upon showing up I was advised they do not carry it. They said they haven't had time to update their site. They're apparently too busy to call patients to advise them of this as well.I was told the manager, Daniel would call me when he got in. I had to follow up, where the woman on the phone lied and said she was Daniel... Eventually got him on the phone, and was told they're too swamped. He also said they won't get more vaccines until he has a list of 10 people to use the vial, and that it won't likely be ordered for two weeks, then take another to arrive.I don't appreciate having my time wasted, nor being lied to by employees.Please be considerate and don't give them their business, we all have to do our part to alleviate their high volumes so they can offer better service.

Clinic is Great. Pharmacy on the other hand were rude, interrupted & hung up when I asked to pay In person instead of giving my CC info over the phone. Very condescending attitude. Charged me $70 n took 5 days to prep a med.meanwhile I was charged $61 and it took 3hrs to prep same med at diff location. Experience one guy belittle his coworker just cuz he asked where a document was. Don’t know what’s wrong with them.

Daniel is one of the most outstanding professionals I know in any field. He provides great consultation with a thorough and dependable knowledge of pharmaceutical products. He has been my Number 1 Pharmacist for nearly 2 years and I find it hard to visit any other pharmacy.I can write all day about his professional knowledge and what a great Pharmacist he is, but I would not do justice to my readers if I do not mention what an amazing human being Daniel is. He has a level of empathy that even a lot of medical doctors can only aspire to.He takes his time to know you, to understand where you are coming from and what is important to you. He leaves you with the feeling that you have a friend and trusted confidante in him. You would feel like somebody cares about you, and even if you are having a bad day, you know a visit to Bonafide Pharmacy would lift your spirits. Sometimes, I just really look for an excuse just to go there.Daniel's customer service excellence is unrivaled. The greatest humans are the ones that truly know how to serve; Daniel is one of the greatest.

Amazing experience. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Willing to flavour compounded liquid medicine to make little ones happy, stayed open a few minutes late to make sure we had what we needed. Much appreciated, and highly recommend.

Daniel is great. Other than that I’m not a fan of the doctors. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago. Waited 1 hour in the waiting room. Finally got to the room. The doctor came in and we started talking. I was telling her a bit of why I’m here. 3 minutes into our conversation she said “oh shoot! Someone has been waiting longer than you! I got to see them first”. I thought that was very disrespectful. She already started talking to me…. Midway through our conversation she ran out to attend to another patient…Dr Victoria was amazing but she left Bonafide now and opened up her new location: Peniel Medical Centre. It’s beside life labs on Bronte and NO 1 HOUR WAIT TIMES like at Bonafide.

Moxilen Forte is a back order medicine for quite a while. But, we are grateful to Bonafide pharmacy staff managed to get us this medicine. The staff is excellent and friendly. We must recommend to all to give a chance to Bonafide pharmacy to serve you with smile.
