Unfortunatelly have to rate them with one star. Purchased from them 3 times. Cheap quality furniture. Overpriced. Tried to get a hold of the manager but she doesn't return my calls or voice mail. Bought a furniture item, but it came with a broken part - have been waiting for 2 months for it to be changed. Very dissappointed. Nice staff when they are pushyng sales on you, but they don't really care after the payment is processed. Won't come there again.

Had a great experience with buying a sofa set from Jag, he patiently answered all of my questions, dug deep to get me further information, and was upfront and straight forward through the whole buying experience. Definitely recommend that you check this store out and see what they can do for you. We love our Findlay sofa set, thanks again Jag!

I am super annoyed with their customer service. They did v great job at selling by assuring me the furniture comes with one year warranty etc. I bought almost all the living furniture from them. One sectional set color started to faint after a month or two. I contacted my sales person and he stated he will mention it to the manager. One month passed with no reply when I contacted him again, I was not able to send him a message . I thought maybe the phone is not working so I called their store and asked what is going on. They said we have made a claim but have not heard from the manufacture. Another month passed I texted the sales person, message was not delivered. I asked my wife to message and we figured that he had blocked my number (super annoying). Anyways I spoke with the manager after. She stated we are still waiting to hear back from the manufacture. Like seriously it’s over two months now with no result. Their manufacture never replies back and they never do the replacement. I would never buy or refer any of friends or family to go there. Its not worth having a thing that only last for two month. I was tired of waiting for their response so finally decided to leave a review. please don’t buy from them. Better to go to brick, Leon’s Costco etc than here. Those big companies will never disappoint you. Even if they have to pay from their pocket they will but would not cheat their customers by false statements. I had worst experience buying from them.March07- still waiting to hear from them. It’s past Monday now.March12-not heard anything from them.March 27- have not heard from the store at all. As you guys can see they have not taken any action and their warranty is nothing. I will update my review after a month again. I hope this is helpful for someone.

We bought a house and couldn't be more frustrated with furniture shopping as most places we went had prices through the roof for poor quality and craft. A friend recommended this place and went in with 0 expectations as i was almost certain this was another one of those big box store likes. We were wrong… by a mile!!! Fair deal furniture exceeded all my expectations in everything they did!! Sam and Kezia worked with us for at-least a good 2 hours to figure out exactly what we had in mind and Sam worked with us to make our purchase a quick and an affordable one within our humble budget. Plus, i found the quality of their furniture way sturdier and solid than any other place we went. Got everything delivered carefully with no wear or tear. Thanks Guys!!! It was a pleasure!

I had one of my worst experiences with Fair Deal Furniture. I ordered and paid in full price for my table and chairs in August of 2022. My items were to arrive 4 weeks later. They did not. I called the store in November of 2022 and asked about my furniture. The associate said to me that he clearly told me that the store had all my information and not to call back that they will call me when the furniture arrives. I did not receive any phone calls from this company.In February of 2023, a family member of mine called Fair Deal Furniture and asked about my table and chairs. My relative was frustrated because we still did not have a reliable answer. In the beginning of April of 2023, I asked a male friend of mine to come with me to this store to get a refund. My friend told the associate that I would like a refund and that I had waited long enough and still have no products. The associate said that I had never phoned the store or came to pick up the furniture. I was very upset with these false statements being made about me. The associate went to get the manager.I was mad because I saved for the table and chairs that I did not receive. Plus, I am a single woman with a low income. The associate and manager said over and over that if I did not show them respect that I would not be refunded. I was afraid that I would not get my money back. I had been without table and chairs for 8 months. Everyone should save themselves the stress and deal with better stores.

Sam here was wonderful ! From the start to the end of our sale he was so great with us! He was very respectful and helped us got a really awesome deal on a bed set I was eyeing ! Such a great personality guy, it truly is an asset for this company to have such great people working ! Really enjoyed spending my money here where it’s worth it ! The sales lady was also great ! Definitely recommend to everyone to get their furnitures here !

Had an amazing experience here. Sam and Arif were so helpful and genuine. I have rarely experienced such wonderful customer service. This locally owned family business really does shine through.
