Jen Short Photography

Jen was kind enough to let us shoot in her studio. Our 1 year old absolutely loved being photographed by Jen as she knew all the tricks to both get her to smile and look at the camera. Our photos are PRICELESS! I would highly recommend Jen for any photography. She also shot our engagement photos and our wedding photos and did an amazing job. We area always satisfied with her work!

My family and I have had the pleasure of having a few family sessions with Jen. Prior and at the start of each session, she really gets to know you and your family and what kind of photos you’d like. My kids usually hate having their photo taken. As a mother herself, her patience and easy going attitude made the sessions so much fun that they didn’t want the sessions to end! Our photos always come out so beautiful!

Jen was so easy to work with! From the beginning stages of inquiry through to shoot day and photo delivery day. She is approachable, understanding and patient. The quality of the photos is outstanding. Most recently I did some head shots and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I was on a big time crunch and she organized and delivered the shots in a very efficient manner. I cannot thank Jen enough for her talent, abilities, and end product. Can't wait to work with her again soon :)

Let me start by saying we are not usually the photoshoot type of people. But we thought that our pregnancy deserved one. Jen was absolutely amazing! From the inquiry process to the photoshoot itself she guided us and was really easy to work with. During the photoshoot she was very kind, easygoing and made us feel very comfortable. Also, we had our two senior dogs with us, and she was not only patient with them, but able to make them look at the camera! The maternity photoshoot pics are outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the result!!! Not only we got priceless pictures out of this, but had a lot of fun during the photoshoot experience. I highly recommend her services!

Jen is fantastic! She did both our maternity and newborn shoot. She made the whole experience so comfortable and easy and the pictures turned out stunning! Jen was so flexible when it came to our newborn shoot, our little one came early and she had no problem pushing our photoshoot earlier. She had the cutest accessories and we loved every moment of it! Jen offers printing services so we decided to get an album with both shoots in it. With a newborn I left the layout to her and Jen was able to choose and place all the pictures for us and it turned out beautifully! I can’t recommend Jen enough! :)

We've done two minis" sessions with Jen Short Photography. One was at a flower farm in late summer and one was at a wood lot in late fall. The pictures in both cases turned out fantastic. Everyone's personality really shined through. We debated on whether to risk the weather at the wood lot as it had been lightly raining/snowing earlier in the day. There was just a little bit of rain during the photo shoot and it just added to the pictures!Very professional and very easy to work with. The kids had fun."

Jen is the best! We have used her for both our maternity shoot and newborn photos and they are priceless. I am normally not comfortable in front of the camera, but Jen made me so comfortable. She is fantastic, easy to communicate with, punctual and hilarious - you will seriously have a great time shooting with her. The photos are incredible.

We did a milestone session for our baby girl in Jane’s studio and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. My baby girl was turning 100 days and she was being really difficult in the studio. Yet Jane has a lot of experience and patience, and she made it work at the end. The photos turned out to be amazing and our entire family is happy with them. Thank you for creating a beautiful memory for us!

Jen is amazing. She made my kids feel comfortable right away and even though we just did a 15-min mini session, she captured a number of beautiful shots quickly and in a fun, kind way for the kids. I have booked her for 3 - 4 sessions already and will continue to do so. We book 1 family photo session with her each year.

We had a great experience! Jen took newborn pictures of our boys. She was able to beautifully capture these priceless moments. Aside from the timeless pictures, she cared and took time to make sure we were getting the best experience. She was so calm and gentle with our kids.
