Cannot express my disappointment with this company. My son’s birthday was this weekend and I have been planning it since May. I emailed Leeane several times and at first she was very responsive. We booked the bouncy castle, mascot appearance and cotton candy package. I confirmed the date and told her closer to the party we will schedule the time for everything. At the beginning of July, I emailed her again to confirm everything is good to go and told her I will email the week of to schedule the set up time. The week of my son’s birthday I emailed her on Monday and followed up on Tuesday with no response to either emails. I even tried calling a few times but no one answered. I was left scrabbling to find a last min bouncy castle for my son’s 1st birthday. Thankfully I was able to book another company on Thursday when his birthday party was the Saturday. I was so stressed and in disbelief that after all my planning from May, this company just stops replying to emails and answering calls the WEEK OF the birthday party. On Saturday, after NO response to my emails or call backs, Leeane calls me at 12PM to tell me they’re on their way to my house. I told her not to bother as I had to find another company. I asked her why she didn’t respond to my emails or called back and she couldn’t answer.Don’t waste your time with their company find someone more reliable and trustworthy for your event.

I've been trying to make arrangements for my son's 2nd birthday. Aside from one email, recieved a week after my inquiry, my emails have all gone unanswered. Super disappointed with the service and now we are uncomfortable proceeding with the booking, even if a response finally comes.

We hired 3 mascots (Elsa, Olaf and Chase) for our community event and we were not disappointed! Even in freezing cold weather, the mascots roamed through the crowds, interacting with guests, dancing and posing for pictures with huge smiles and outgoing personalities. They added so much fun to our event and the price is so reasonable. Can't say enough positive things!!

Made our party amazing! Fun games cotton b candy and jumping castle! The face painter was amazing too! Everything worked out perfect they came earlier to set up. I would use them for any future events! Everything was perfect and I was so happy with their service they do everything to accommodate and I know they are super busy!

Use Mascots N More this past weekend, for my son’s birthday, I rented the Funtime Castle all the kids had an amazing time. Would 100% recommend and use this company again from delivery, setting it up and pick up was very smooth. Thank you Mascots N More for making my son’s birthday an epic day.

Thank you Mascots and More for making my son's party amazing they are friendly fast and reliable. They came out to my home to assess the property and make sure the castle, games, popcorn machine and cotton candy machine would fit. Face painting was a blast and the artist was amazing with the kids as well. The kids LOVED IT ALL definitely will refer you to friends and family. If I could give a 10 star I would. Thank you

Professional, friendly, and excellent customer service! I cannot recommend this company enough!! We got a jumping castle, sno-cone machine, and the Paw Patrol mascot service for my sons birthday. The mascots were amazing with all the kids! The jumping castle and sno-cones were a huge hit at the party too, and upon pickup time, the owners saw some kids still really enjoying the castle. Since it was their last pickup of the day, they offered to keep the castle up and running for a little longer to let the kids play! It's very clear this company loves what they do and are in this for the children. You guys will forever have my business! Thank you for making my sons birthday a huge success!!!

I've used this company on several occasions for birthday parties for my children and they've always been wonderful. They have characters that truly love to entertain children and are great with all types of little ones (my daughter is out going and my son is very shy). My children look forward to their birthdays with this company each year.

The price was great. The people who delivered were helpful and friendly. Pickups and drop offs went smoothly and contact was fast and helpful

We chose an Elsa party package plus the venue, food and cake from their partner company (Cones and Characters Oshawa).Queen Elsa was our party host. She was most helpful at keeping the children entertained with slime-making and party games.Food platters were hot and fresh (chicken shawarma, grilled cheese, nuggets, and fries). They were even kind enough to make buttered toast for our toddler guests. Brewed coffee, tea, pop, juice, and water were also available.The rainbow sorbet birthday cake was beautiful and delicious.Thank you to the Mascots N More/Cones and Characters team for hosting a fun and memorable party!
