Great steaks great meat variety and great value

I was let down by another courier company, so I called little guys last minute to help. They were so nice on the phone and assured me that everything would be taken care of. It's lovely to see a company that values customer service and experience.

Shocking company with even worst customer service. Not helpful at all and put all the blame on you. I gave the exact measurements, dimensions and weight, and the employee sent a vehicle that was to small. Instead of rectifying the situations they said your $100 is gone, pay us another $300 and we will do it. I was left with cargo that was not picked up, guys waiting on site for material. Dodgy payment into a random mans account through E-transfer as well, should of seen the scam coming.When I spoke will the shipping and Dispatch team at the vendor, they said the driver was not willing to co-operate and was looking for any reason to not pick it up. This is because they have a terrible policy where the driver receives the full amount if he doesn't pick anything up... clear to see what these guy are prioritising.Definitely not picking your stuff up on time and getting it delivered. They are looking to take your payment and look for any reason to not pick it up so they get paid in full and do not have to do anything.Stay far far away and I would not recommend going near these guys.

These guys are awesome!!! In a world where freight and shipping gives everyone a headache, it's refreshing to find a company that offers true customer service. I had an order to be delivered in the Toronto area during an ice storm. Little Guys were on site as promised on time under horrific conditions. Due to stuck vehicle, they called and asked for direction and it was decided to reschedule. Jamil was spectacular and took care of all the logistics, including rearranging the pick up and coordination of the delivery with the end client. I highly recommend Little Guys Delivery and specifically Jamil!

Yesterday, being BLACK FRIDAY, I shopped online and expected my package to arrive a few weeks late due to the Canada Post rotating strike. I was glad that the vendor chose to contact Little Guys Delivery Service instead of Canada Post . In spite of Friday night rush hour, I received my package within 3 hours of my online purchase. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! That has NEVER happened before. You Little Guys are awesome! I am recommending Little Guys to all my friends and family. Please convey special thanks to driver 51.

I am very unhappy with the company. I was given a quote to which I agreed and then I was sent a credit card form. I asked by email for a confirmation of the quote after which I was asked for sizes and weight of the boxes. I providing the information and the quote was confirmed. After I submitted my credit card information, I received an email telling me a new cost that was three times the original quote. Extremely dubious practices, in my opinion. Had I not requested again by email that the quote be confirmed, I might have been blindsided by the astronomical charge to my card. I would give below 1 star but that is the lowest.

Exceptional service. Staff is trustworthy, professional and detailed. No hiccups, I wish I could say the same for other experiences.
