My session with Petrina was spot on bringing forth my spirit animal Polar Bear with guidance for the transitions I am going through. I am beginning a course of study for one year going deeper into my core and soul. Polar Bear guidance is perfect for the work ahead. The session also showed me how polar bear has always been with me protecting and healing me from grief. The practical advice of flax seeds added to my diet has been noted.
