Truck alternator stopped working. Battery went dead. Required transport from Belleville to Bloomfield. Mike, the driver arrived, asked about my problems. Loaded the truck and off we went. Mike was very courteous, very professional and we had a nice chat on the drive to the garage. Would highly recommend Larry’s Towing Service.

I was picked up by Joe from Larry’s towing and he was an angel in a tow truck!!! Very professional and efficient but it was his concern for me and my safety on a very cold night that was remarkable. Really went the extra mile to leave me in a safe warm place till I could get picked up after we dropped off my car at the garage. Great employee, great ambassador for the business.

Terrible service. The employee I talked with was rude and did not seem to know what to do. Not sure if he was mean to me just because I'm a women , but thats what it felt like.

The driver was professional andconsiderate of the extremely valuable cargo but it took 4 arrival time changes and 2.5 hours to arrive. if it wasn't for the driver I would never use them again. when you give an ETA I understand an update may be required but not 4 times. just be honest,and tell the client why you can't it.

Called for a unlock at 0753 and gave description on the vehicle, Operator who answered stated it would be a half hour before someone could get to me which really what choice did I have. I stated that's fine but it's running and gas isn't cheap, Operator agreed and stated they would be there ASAP. I also needed to get to work. No show still at 0921 so I called again and a different Operator answered and she stated oh I didn't know it was running... Truck was just doing a drop in town and would be on his way. Arrived at 0958.. This definitely is not good customer service. I will think twice about calling them again.I will say the driver was friendly and did his job. However did state he didn't know what he was coming for. I feel they need better communication between EVERYONE!!!

left me in a driveway. Would not tow even tho I was specific about the vehicle on the phone with 2 different people saying yes. Use these guys if you want to get jerked around
