Employee who answered the phone on November 1st st 5:25 pm has a serious attitude problem and shouldn’t work in customer service at all. I have to buy 1000$ of products for my company, but I think I’ll just find another store.

The store is clean and the staff is welcoming. They have an interesting (but limited) choice of products but they are more expensive than their competitors on the same street.

That’s the place I would go if I’m looking for a wig, because of the two black employee girls there and is closer to my house. Both girls are soo nice, and they do everything in their power to make sure u are happy with your purchase. That was the only reason why I was going there. but after what that Chinese owner said to me and the employee I’m never going there again. When I bought the curly wig it did not look as nice in the plastic package as on the one displayed on the plastic doll, so one of the employees there she did everything in her power to make the wig look more alive and nice. But the owner wasn’t happy about that, so he got mad at the employee. When I was leaving the store he had the nerve to tell me “ we don’t offer that service here” since I was in a rush I didn’t have time to answer him. Mind you this wig was $200, so if I’m going to pay such an amount for a wig like that, I have to make sure I’m leaving the store with the wig intact. For the fact that he spoke to the employee and me in a rude manner I will never go there again. Like I said the only reason why I was going there was because of how the two girls were so helpful and is closer to my house.Everywhere I go buy wig they always help me, I could have choice to go elsewhere with my $200 but I went there. Never again

They have pretty much everything for your hair!

Very friendly and helpful. The cashier was knowledgable and pleasant. Will hold items on layaway for you if asked. Courteous and professional. Quick and personalized service. Good quality hair and decent prices. Location is okay, parking is available in front but can be hard to find during peak hours. Construction on St. Hubert street currently going on makes it a little less convenient. Appreciate the service here and the good communication between locations. Was able to get info about products at this location easily when I was at the cote vertu location before making the trip all the way there for what I wanted. Good experience. I do recommend.

Decent, clean, gotta catch the staff as they run away

The management crew is very rude. I saw the manager yelling at one of her employees the other day. The workers are very nice and helpful but I don’t know how they handle such a rude manager. Not only did she yell at her but I saw the manager put her hands on the worker and shook her a few weeks ago.

make sure you check your bills before leaving the store. They may charge you a different price at the cash. Make sure they charge you the labelled price.That happen to me today in that store. an item listed on sale for 11.99$ was charged 15.99$. Dont try to receive the item for free as per consumer protection law. the manager,Mr Guang will tell you they have their own rules. The only way to stop their scam is to report them to consumer protection .
