I was trying to call around paper distributors as I was looking to do large quantities of in-house flyers and brochures. The guy on the phone tells me to go to Costco or Staples to buy paper. Didn’t even bother to ask me what I was trying to do (aka discovering the customer’s needs), just shut me down before I can say anything else. Just before we hung up I asked if they sold paper and the guy on the phone said “No, ok? Thank you, bye”. If that’s the type of service you want to receive then by all means go there, I for one, would not recommend to this business.
