Purolator Mobile Quick Stop

The lady I got a few months back was rude, really rude, told me I didn't know how to package stuff lol, today the mobile pickup truck is missing in itself, online it has timings and I'm here at my lunch time to drop off a parcel and no sign of the mobile pick up bus. I waited for 15 minutes but nothing. Really disappointing. 1:20 pm on a Friday afternoon.

The lady serving me was so impolite and unprofessional.When I told her I want to pick up my package, she asked me for reference number, coz the number is quite long, I expected her to write it down. When I told her the number, she just cut me off and suddenly asked me for my driver license. She was so impatient and kept asking me whether I got the notification the package was sent here and the date the I got the message. I told her I did receive the message and then she asked me for the reference number again. The second time I provided her the number, again she didn’t marked it down and then just suddenly left and searched for the package even though I haven’t finished telling her the whole number. She searched for around 2 minutes and didn’t find it. After that, she came back to me and asked me the third time for the number. This time she finally put the whole number into her computer and confirmed it. After all this, she finally got the package for me but she didn’t apologize or didn’t feel sorry about that. This is really a bad customer service and bad experience.I appreciate Purolator to put the package to the quick stop rather than leaving it in front of my door but I do think the staff should be trained more to provide a better customer service to all the customers.

Lady is super rude and unprofessional. Whenever i drop off my packages i leave feeling so uncomfortable like i did something wrong… but then i realize it’s her job to take the packages ….

Easy location and drop off, however, the lady is not very nice. I easily can ignore her attitude but she doesn't scan my parcels, which makes processing refunds with Amazon more difficult. In addition, once I dropped off a fragile parcel. I wrote down fragile on every side and she just tossed it. I could hear the cups hitting each other despite being secured. I had to write an email to Amazon to let them know if the set arrives damaged it's not my fault.

I don't know what everyone here is talking about but the lady was very nice. Quick and easy drop off. Just be glad there is such a convenient Purolator drop off location because the next closest ones are easily 15-20 minutes away.

Is this mobile location no longer provide a scan for drop off packages? I dropped off a package today around 12:10PM, and the lady did not scan the package. I wonder if something goes wrong how am I suppose to proof I dropped off my package? No receipt provided either.

Business states on Google Maps the Mobile Quick Shop is there till 8PM. Arrived at 7:04PM and no truck in the usual spot. It was not there. Please update your hours of operation it's not professional.

Its 12.15 pm. It says opens at 12. I've been waiting here for 30 mins. The is no truck around here. There are so many negative reviews regarding the timing. May be if this truck can commit to their job give the opportunity to someone else!
