Firestone Restaurant & Bar
We were in town visiting friends, and we went for brunch.We sat outside, and it felt like you were in a gorgeous resort, all of the flowers and greenery and water feature. It was really beautiful.Our server was a young guy and he was really upbeat and positive and often checked in on us.Our food was great. I have the breakfast tacos and they were awesome! My friend had the sweet and savoury and she loved it.We were super happy with everything!

I went to Firestone today with my bf, his sister in law and her daughter for lunch. My bfs sister in law was there before us and had ordered some drinks. When my bf and I arrived, we sat and waited for the waiter to come by and ask for our drink orders. He came by about 20-30 minutes after we were seated and handed us menus. When he came back to take our orders, my bf and I ordered our meals and drinks. The waiter apologized for not taking our drink orders when he came by the first time. We waited a long time for our food. Maybe 45 minutes to an hour. The food smelled good and looked good. My bf got a burger meal, the sister in law got a sandwich meal, and her daughter got a chicken strip kids meal. I ordered a BBQ COBB SALAD. In all honesty, all of our meals could have been made at home. However, my COBB SALAD was actually really tasty and fulfilling. I had to package up the rest to take home. All in all, it was okay. The final costs for our meals weren't too bad but a little pricey for the portions. We may return, but it's undecided at this point.

Excellent choices for drinks. The sirloin steak was tender and cooked just right. The pizza was fabulous. Chelsea and Megan was our waitresses and were so fun to talk too. The chefs got our order just right! We ended our dinner with dessert and left with a full stomach. We had a fabulous time! The atmosphere was somewhat noisy but the restaurant was full. Everyone was having a great time.

Went for supper last night. I had the Wild Mushroom Pork Tenderloin and the mushroom sauce was tasty and pork was cooked perfect. Also had couple drinks and I recommend their piña colada, also they have couple drinks made with rum and they look interesting. Overall good food experience

I think it's a popular restaurant with a lot of people.The atmosphere was good and the server was very kind and nice.But the food didn't suit our taste.Especially the clam soup was too salty, so I couldn't taste anything from the main dish that came after.I think it will take time for us to revisit

The service was quick and the atmosphere was chill. Our server was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The food was mediocre though. The sandwich I had was so garlicky I could barely eat it. Some other food was rather plain, or small. Great fries and desserts though!

Beautiful patio with WATER, which is unheard of here. The menu is great, lots of selection for folks with different dietary considerations. The wait staff are attentive and pay attention to detail. The Dessert Shop (cheesecake fridge) offers the best cheesecake in town. The hosting staff tend to be a bit “heads down” at the desk. Four of them came by collecting menus, answering the phone, checking the reservation book before anyone made eye contact or greeted me.

Although we had a reservation, they were going to push tables together and seat us in the bar. We asked for the dining room and were told that table was reserved- - 2 hours in the future, but they relented when we acknowledged we’d be done by then. 3 of 6 meals were satisfactory. Stating a preference of soft poached was met with excuses and an uncomfortable visit from the manager who asked three times if she could redo the eggs, but by the time our table was checked on, the food had already been eaten. No other option to make it right was presented. On top of it all they forgot the fruit! Pictured was the most amazing taco salad. Conclusion- dinner at home would have been more enjoyable.

Staying at the Coast Hotel in Lethbridge, this restaurant is attached to the hotel, but is a separate business. Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food was great, service was quick and friendly. I had the classic breakfast. The price was reasonable at $14.50, but coffee and juice were expensive pushing up the overall cost of the meal. Otherwise a good breakfast.

Firestone is one our fave places to go for brunch! Love their brunch menu as it has something for everything and lots of options. Wish they had more vegetarian options for dinner though as it’s a bummer to only have a few same options that are standard everywhere. Staff is friendly and attentive to dietary needs. Also love their rum bar menu! So many fun drinks!
