Really wish they would get half decent carts in the store so that I'm not dropping items when trying to pick out fabrics. Those flimsy carts always fall over. The staff there are wonderful but very inconvenient not having a decent cart to put large items in

Very frustrated with 2 issues shopping in the Saint John store:1. Sale prices are not easily marked on bolts of fabric on multiple sale tables. Highlighters that are colour matched to a price may be a good starting point, or stickers on the bolts would add clarity to what the price is.2. Staff that blame the customers for not putting the bolts of fabric back on the correct tables. As a customer I take offense to this slur and frankly after playing fabric bolt jenga to locate the bolt at the back and bottom of the pile, I'm not sure it was a customer that put it the wrong place!

Fabric as far as the eye can see. The staff here are so friendly and ready to help you at a moments notice. It's so important in a store like this to have knowledgeable staff who can help when needed, and fabricville always hits a 10/10.Sales are available for both members and non-members, but it's often worth grabbing a year's membership to the Elite Club to rack up the savings.
