Movement Chiropractic

I have been coming here for a year. a couple months for my rotator cuff injury, and this july-october for an SGI injury. They have been amazing! I enjoy coming! The receptionist's are so friendly, and are very great at what they do! I highly recommend to those who want good chiro, massage or physio!

Was given a massage appointment here for my birthday, when I arrived for my appointment they asked me how i was going to be paying, after having informed them this was a gift for my birthday it was paid for and they should have a record of such (but they do not). After getting my girlfriend to send me pictures of the receipt and showing the receptionist, the receptionist then tells me in a very condescending tone that it was a previously paid for appointment and not the current appointment, but it clearly shows on the receipt she used her insurance to pay for her own previous appointment and to also pay for my appointment and book it in advance for me for my birthday. All that back and forth more over and over the confusion, the condescending tone, and large amount of stress/ anxiety this created caused me to leave my appointment thinking i had to pay for something already paid for or “figure out how to pay it by the end of the appointment” i was told. A serious lack in communication and documentation of paid appointments. Also my first time experience at a appointment for massage or chiro office and i will definitely never be coming back considering I couldn’t get passed the reception and i do not recommend this place to anyone. I can not speak for the massage therapists or the chiropractors working here i was not able to get to them.

Booked with Hailey and pressure was spot on and was easily one of the best massage treatments I've ever got.

I absolutely love this place… Dr Dan is most excellent bone cracker… and the newer physio guy is really good to, been going there for over a two yrs…. So long as they are in practice they’ll have a client

Dr. Matai is definitely one of the best Chiropractors in town. He is very detail oriented, professional and approachable. A big improvement on my back and neck after visiting him each time. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and they do direct billing. 5 stars:)

Unbelievable - I'm still shaking by what was one of the absolute WORST interactions I have had with a human being in my life! Hailey Shewchuck is an RMT there - I had had a massage with her a couple months back - and she was great.I was so pumped to find a great massage therapist in Saskatoon.Today - everything started out fine - after a couple of minutes I was finding the music a bit loud so I asked her to please turn the music down. Great employees, easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to, and was able to get an appointment quickly when I needed.Chiropractor is knowledge, friendly and efficient.Front staff are welcoming and quick.Direct billing is awesome.

Dr. Matai is the best chiropractor in the city, in my opinion. I’ve been seeing him for over a decade. I live out of province now but haven’t found anyone who can treat my back like he does, so I still go every time I return
