Great experience! I went there twice last month. I had an issue with my muffler hanging (most likely from driving over the many potholes on Poupart rd.). They got me a new muffler (I needed it) and did a great job installing it. It didn't take very long. I also went there for an oil change and that didn't take long either. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost for both visits was reasonable. I recently moved to Rockland, and Serge Auto Clinic is now my new go-to garage for having things fixed on my car. I will definitely go back.

Charlie and his staff are amazing and very helpful, caring and honest people. Last year I bought all new winter tires and this year when I went to put them on there was a nail in one of the tires so a friend plugged it for me but I was also missing bolts in both front tires. Charlie was so amazing that he replaced the bolts that I was missing for free and he checked the job my friend did of plugging the tire to make sure it was done right and I would be safe. He helped me and saved me money as a single mother of 3 as where another place advised me they would have to replace the whole tire with new bolts.Thank you Charlie and staff for your kindness and honesty and also for taking time to see me so quickly!!!This place is awesome I highly reccomend ;)

Took our new to us kia forte in for a safely inspection so we could transfer our BC plates over to Ontario.Well they found that the front bearings and one half shaft was in need of replacement. Fair and fast service.They will have my service in the future.Already referring others to this shop.

Great place! From the moment I entered the shop until the moment I left, Charlie and his staff made me feel right at home. They were very courteous and very professional. They showed me what was wrong with my car and gave me a reasonable quote, which I had to approve before they began fixing the problem.I will definitely use their sevice again!
