Don't waste ur time...because she will only waste yours...useless.

If I could give her negative I would.I went there for some laser for hair removal and she not only burned my skin but I notice she’s not even professionally trained she did not wear gloves she did not wear goggles she did not even wear a white jacket or some kind of dermatology wear when she performed the procedure.You can hide under the fact that you work for Sunnybrook or whatever but you need to go back to school for A) customer serviceB) how to set up A treatment room for success for both patient and dermatologist if that’s what you call yourself. I do not recommend this person there are better people out there do you research thank you have a nice day

Dr Pon is wonderful. I’ve been seeing her for 15 years. She’s incredibly knowledgable on various skin types, always offers the most advance skincare and is honest with her patients if something isn’t right for you.And she’s a specialized physician who tries treatments on herself as a proof point!

This Dr does not care about her patients. went for a cosmetic mole removal procedure. She told me it would leave minimal scaring. She ended up making a huge cut with 3 stitches. left me with a scar 4 times the size of the mole. She then told me that I went in to do a biopsy and not a cosmetic procedure. This Dr is a liar and has no empathy. Stay away!!!
