I dealt with this jeweler, and he was the height of sophistication, cooperation, and speed of service, to the point that I could not go to his store, but he sent me the piece immediately, which I chose, and it is much more beautiful than the pictures.I appreciate it for your cooperation with me.

Really nice shop with a large selection of items that can accommodate all budgets. Came in and was not rushed to buy. They understood my budget and showed me some nice options in that price range. They also repaired a broken chain & diamond ring i had and even re sized my bracelet all on the spot. Was so happy to get it all done in the same day.

Absolutely disgusted with their service and funny that I put up with it for years. I’ve bought multiple things for myself and as gifts for family and friends. They do not know how to treat a customer. I’ve had faulty jewelry that I have bought from them and REFUSE to fix it when I brought it back a week later. They come across racist as well. You can see how they treat other people versus other people.. I’ve seen someone standing outside in a hoodie and sweats and they turn them away even though they said they had a appointment. They eventually let him in when they found out he had confirmation on his phone that the gentleman indeed had a appointment. It’s 2022 and to see something like that happen really upsets me. Their jewelry quality is sub par. I do not recommend this store whatsoever. So many better jewellers out there

Bought multiple pieces of unreal custom jewellery of off them and would highly recommend. Whenever I need or want a new piece I don’t look anywhere else but here and I live hours away so that should say something right there. Will be purchasing more in the future for sure

I was looking to purchase two Rolex’s yesterday, while showing me a few (old/over priced) one of the ladies working DROPPED one… picked it up and acted like nothing happened! Left me thinking how they handle product when not in front of customers. I never leave reviews, but anyone seriously looking to purchase anything stay away from this place. They clearly do not care for their product. Also customer service was very cold and owner was pretty sure he knew it all. Good luck with your business Alkamisi but we won’t be back.

I ordered one great work great business and even got a free small necklace

I give less then one star. I made an appointment and was not let in because of my hoodie. They didnt even ask for me to take it off. As i was arguing with them about the appointment i made online i can see the was another guy showing jewelry and he drops the chain. Worst service, racist to be honest.
