Timely and reliable service. I am grateful to Target Land Surveying for not only producing a plan, but also explaining how the property laws worked.

I was very happy with the land survey provided by Target Land Surveying.Craig took the time to answer all my questions during the process.Would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience with them and would not recommend. I hired them to do a site survey with post on my house in New Westminster. I chose them due to the fact they could come out and do it before any of the dozen companies I hired even though they charged higher rates than most. They scheduled a day to come out and the night before I still didn't hear from them. I contacted them and the day they were to come out they said they could no longer due to weather, that's fine. They rescheduled for the following week and again the night before I still hadn't heard from them. Laura messaged the next day saying they were double booked and rescheduled. When they finally came the surveyors were rude. When I finally got the survey the did not provide the info for the posts as I asked and paid for on the contract I signed. When I called in they said it was a clerical error on their part and that they would give me a deal" for $700 to come out and do the post. I told them to go pound sand as I had already paid for that in the signed contract. They finally came out and did it. PS the 5 star review on here from Laura is the admin assistant I dealt with there. I wouldn't be surprised if the other reviews are all employees as well."

Good Service

Got a site survey for a building project.Had everything I needed.

I was full of questions for both sets of survey teams that came out to measure and then place the PINS. I had a rude awakening in that New West has weird property lines vs fence lines. Scared me a bit. Laura took the time to give me explanations that made sense thru the process and then Craig took the time to explain ALL of the intricacies of the actual points and my next steps. I would recommend this company.

Great to work with. Everything went smoothly and the surveyors went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and understood my property boundaries.
