Hi I went by Wednesday I wanted to adapt my RV connection to a regular hose connection. Joe at the counter was very determined to figure something out for me. Visited this location for the first time this week. Honestly, my experience was nothing like the bad reviews I read. I interacted with 3 employees. All were helpful and friendly. Prices were also fair. I'll definitely be going back there in the future.

Worst location i have ever visited. Customer service is lazy as hell or i should say no customer service at all.I went to but some plumming stuff, there was no other customer at that time and three people sitting on the other side. No one cared if i need any help. I went to one guy he was over the phone laughing jokes and didnt want to look at me, then went to other person, he didnt care either, and the third one in some 40ish was like other guys will assist you.I waited there looking at their faces for like 10 minutes and had to walk away without buying anything.Never going back to this location.

Not sure if everyone at this store is lasy or just the girl with the glasses. I asked for a brass fitting 1/8 into 3/8 and she said they dont have it (That's it). she didnt even try to help me . I'm very sure they had it, she was just lazy. Went to home depot the guy spent 10 minutes looking for it and helped me find one .

Best Help inside you could ask for, show him a picture and got my part and suggestions on how to fix and replace it. Told me if it was the same brand i could just get a replacement stem, not the whole one - Saved $$ and time
