Kitchener City Hall Station

First time riding this LRT. Contactless payments on the ticket vending machine doesn't work. I have to use chip and pin.Also the touch screen of ticket machine responds very slow, which makes it difficult to get tickets.I miss the train because of that, and I have to wait extra 15 minutes.I do love the train, and the system. Overall they are really nice. Train comes every 15 minutes is not bad for a small city.However, ticketing system need to be improve. I don't know why they don't just use the presto. Cause Go transit and other nearby cities already using presto. If presto is accepted, it will much more convenient.

A great place to relax we'll u Waite

A bit more direction to the Northbound from the southbound would be nice. Especially since the Kitchener City Hall and a large construction site are between the two ION stops.
