I went on Saturday and the wait was not bad. The doctor who was working was amazing and so nice.

We have been New Patiants of Dr Ogala for about 6 months, the reception stagf are rude, and treat you like a second class citizen. One minute your told to wait until last repeat to book and today they played games with me.I was told I could come tomorrow for repeats and book a later date for blood work, then I am told I am yelling and get hung up on, it took me over 1 hour and being left on hold. I was told no appointment now till end of March , they know my repats are the 20th. Told me come sit at the walking and see that Dr, oh and its his discression if he does a repeat. I wish I would have read all these reviews before even signing on

Be advised clinic actually closes at 4pm and NOT 6pm. This is twice now that they have turned my family and I away, both times saying they are no longer taking any patients for the day and to come back tomorrow when they open". This last experience there were 3 people in the waiting room."

It's hard to find a family doctor these days. But we were going to find a new one after the terrible experience of this clinic. Every time we've gone there we've had to wait for well over an hour, and that's with an appointment.Today we waited for 90 minutes. When I asked why was taking so long, and I asked very politely, I got nothing but rude answers.This place is shockingly bad.

I have been coming to Grantham Medical Clinic for years. The receptionists are all so sweet and kind and go out of their way to help me and my children. I have never experienced any type of negative or rude behaviour coming from any of them. Dr.Alnhisi is very knowledgeable and has always made sure that I get the right referrals and prescriptions that I need. I am thankful for the care that receive there.

Dr. Gorleh is the best doctor that I have ever had. So kind, polite and respectful. He actually cares. Doesn't treat you like a number or a dollar sign. I am lucky to have found him. The girls at the front desk are awesome as well.

I just recently started going to see Dr Gorleh and I love it! I bring my son and daughter there as well! He is there to help and guide you in right direction. The front receptionist staff are nice and friendly the nurses there are amazing and so friendly! Especially Nadine, she greets you by name, and just asks how family is doing etc and they always ask about my kids and wish I brought them along ! I always feel welcome when I walk in there !!

Had Dr. Davies Shaw Hyde originally, then saw Dr. Alhinisi who was less than professional, although staff on that side of clinic were always professional. I then had to wait for Dr. Gorleh to arrive and transitioned to him as my family practitioner. I found him to be kind, and understanding however I am getting major pushback from his staff to the point that they they have been given a further week's notice to give me files as per my patient rights or I will be filing a complaint with College of Physicians. They tried to withhold records not belonging to this practice, with hold pricing of records I need from this practice and also with holding the records themselves. Once I file said complaint Dr. Gorleh with be advised via registered mail as to said complaint. Staff there have had close to a months notice and I need these records as per protocol of specialist I am seeing in July. They advised me that they are keeping Dr. Gorleh informed but I sincerely doubt that. That being said, he is ultimately responsible for his staff and their actions and as a Law Clerk albeit a retired one, I am fully aware of my rights and their responsibilities. I would give this staff a negative in understanding patient rights but they will! They do not listen to him either!Further to my initial review, things only got worse! Received a message from Office Manager, returned call and front end staff said they would go and find her. No one ever came back and was left on hold so decided to appear in person to see if files were ready. Front end staff would not confirm or deny if files were intact, if I had been charged for files received from hospital as per hospital records suggested protocol, nor would they lay out just how they arrived at the sum they were asking for. I am now proceeding with my complaint to the College of Physicians as I am less than impressed with the gaslighting and unfortunately for them, there are protocols put in place by the College and Ontario Law with regard to Patient Rights and how things get done in a judicial manner. I will also contact all regulatory bodies governing same. I hope this staff, who delighted in having fun at my expense find it all worthwhile. Clearly the inmates are in charge of the asylum. Now due to staff's unco operation regarding said above mentioned records, I have screen shot this, and will be forwarding to College of Physicians along with a copy of the registered letter being sent to Dr. Gorleh informing him to the forthcoming lawsuit where I will hold him financially accountable for not giving me my full medical records. This has resulted my my having to cancel my accomodations and appointment with Dr. Afrin so see you in Court Dr. Gorleh! You and only you are responsible for your staff and the buck stops with you and now also the College of Physicians even though, Veronica and Michelle won't be paying the price, you will sadly.

I received a message from a woman as Michelle to call them, I called and she put me on hold around 15 minutes until the line cut off, I called again and she said remain on hold, I tried to ask how long takes i call you back because i was already on hold, she rudely and aggressively said you have to be hold and put me on hold without letting me to speak, the third time I called and ask to speak to a manager before transferring me to that woman again, the receptionist just said she is going to transfer me to again ,I asked her is there any manager there? she did not response to my question. Then personally I went there within a few minutes after the last call, i asked to see the manager and the receptionist told me that manager is not in site and I need to leave my contact if i wish to get call back.1- beside the way I received from them , why they did not tell the manager is not available and just wanted to transfer me to that woman? when I asked them nicely on the phone!2- is there not a better way to talk to people?

I have never written a review in my life so the fact that I’m putting my experience out here says a lot about this place. I have never been to a clinic that cares so little about the patients. I have dealt with severe problems regarding my tonsils and other issues and have had to wait almost a year just for Dr. Ogala to even consider a referral to an ENT which took months of me basically telling him I need it. One of my family members have had to wait over a year for a referral only to be told that Dr. Ogala never even sent the referral in the first place. Waiting an entire year to see a specialist only to be told they were never sent a referral is absolutely disgusting and proves how negligent the doctors at this clinic are. On top of this, what kind of clinic opens their doors over 20 minutes late only to tell people there’s no walk-in for the day? The receptionists are extremely rude and always snap at you when you have a simple question. I’ve never been able to have a conversation or ask a question without being snapped at. Avoid this clinic if you don’t want to be treated with negligence and disrespect that me and my family have had.
