Always only a POSITIVE experience at Barclay's! They are very professional and quick, the staff is terrific and very friendly. I just had my mammography done and since this test was the first time for me I had lots of questions - the lovely lady tech explained everything patiently and was super helpful. I cannot recommend Barclay Imaging enough, it's just a really great place to go for your tests. I would rate them 10 STARS if I could!

I’ve had many scans here throughout my pregnancy and the techs are great at what they do. Patient, kind and efficient. However management/reception is overbooking patients and that seems to be the priority. They work short of techs constantly and make folks wait far longer then anyone should, especially pregnant women with full bladders. Today, at over 8 months pregnant, I had to wait over an hour, along with other moms, all of us very uncomfortable. The receptionists were constantly knocking on the door to rush the tech through her appointments. While I understand the position reception is in, it is incredibly unprofessional and unfair to the tech. She was kind and efficient and going as quickly as she could while taking care of a sensitive situation. If you’re short on techs, maybe try rescheduling us instead of having a full waiting room of frustrated folks and mothers. Pressuring your techs is unacceptable and my next scans will be scheduled elsewhere.

I had a great experience with my first ultrasound visit today, my tech was amazing. Very kind and supportive.Considering they were down 2 techs today, I still had my test done in a timely and kind manner. The communication between staff and patients was much appreciated. Appreciate their hard work and efforts.

06/28 visited for my 3pm xray & U/S - they were short staffed by 2 techs. The front desk staff are FABULOUS & I could tell they were very overwhelmed & stressed out. Xray tech was super nice! These women need a raise with all they deal with. I was told to come back in an hour for my U/S but left & was called to come right back. I was walked to the back waiting area by 1 of the front desk women (she was friendly & happy). I sat & waited til 3:57 when a woman tech named Nona told me to go back to the front desk because it was 4pm and she was leaving/going home. I was stunned. I said excuse me? I was just walked back here to wait and now you're saying I can't get it done?? I walked back to the front & the lady there was frustrated by this staff member NONA literally clocking out with clients waiting for HER. Staff squeezed me in with Lorraine, who was absolutely AMAZING!! Lorraine, keep being your wonderful self!!! Nona - as I was told by several staff there - is NOT a team player & does her own thing on her terms. She was not friendly when speaking to me & was very dismissive as I was now an annoyance to her at 3:57pm. In customer service, we can't abruptly walk out on a patient/client just because it's 3:57pm. Especially when ALL of the rest of that office team was working their butts off with 2 staff short. Can you imagine if a Surgeon said during a surgery: OH it's 4pm - I'm done! There are so many GOOD techs out there looking for a job. My advice to the Manager at this location is make room for 1 good team player, by getting rid of the 1 unprofessional & self-focused non team player (Nona). All the other staff were absolutely great! But this one woman needs to find a different career outside of customer service.

Horrible place to go!! I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to get in, holding in my full bladder. Was told my baby was one confident to be one gender then she switched quickly that she was wrong it was the other. She seemed super rushed. I then talked to my OB and he told me it was documented as a boy when she told me 100% a girl and even gave me a picture to take home saying “XX” on it!! When she was done she just walked out of the room, left the door open and I had to walk across the room to get paper towel to wipe the gel off my belly. They also canceled my appointment for that morning, booked me for afternoon then called that morning saying they had to rebook again. Never going back there again!!

Easy to book apts over the phone. Never on hold for very long.If you need a test where you have to drink water and hold your bladder, I'd wait to take the full amount before getting there. I've had to wait past my appointment times and have been uncomfortable in the process

Had 2 tests done this morning by Amber she was very caring and extremely supportive. I have been to many other places for the same tests and never have been made as comfortable as I have here. They try and make sure you are in on time and the staff is very polite.Would definitely recommend this clinic as it is thorough and an absolutely better experience,. Thank-you to all there

Been here twice now for an ultrasound for my baby. Just had my 20 week ultrasound. Tech was very nice but the receptionists seem very unprofessional and were gossiping about other patients that were previously there or that have called. Waited 2 hours with a FULL bladder, and finally was seen. Was told to start drinking water an hour before the appointment (which is normal) but then to have me wait 2 hours with a full bladder, saying they are understaffed. But this happened both times that I’ve had an ultrasound here. Had to wait 2 hours each time.

Both times I've been to Barclay, it was great! I've seen some mixed reviews on here, but I've never seen anything at the clinic that matched any negative comments. The reception desk has always been pleasant, both on the phone and in person. The imaging techs have been friendly and efficient at their jobs. I've been in a super packed waiting room and was still in and out in under 30 minutes.
