Showers still not available in dressing rooms. Ice is pretty bad, even for summer. Dressing rooms are always littered with garbage. Minimal effort being put in by owners and staff.

Attended my grandson’s hockey tournament today. I have not been in any arena as nasty as this one. No parking spaces, down some stairs and into a dreary poorly maintained facility. Uneven flooring, all sorts of potential tripping hazards, and absolutely the grossest washroom facilities I’ve seen in a long time. At least 3 stalls in the ladies washroom were out of service. Didn’t see any staff except the Zamboni driver. Go elsewhere

Don't sign an ice contract with this group. Firstly, the ice quality and dressing rooms are in bad shape. The pictures posted by others don't do justice about how poorly the building is maintained. Secondly, when it comes to customer service, they don't return phone calls or email. With cancelled skates (due to COVID-19), many people wait months (or longer) for refunds. Trust me - don't waste your time with these guys, just go somewhere else.

As of Dec 2022 the most brutal rink in the GTA by far. Apart from it has an ice surface and boards... horrid conditions. So for two ice surfaces and 6 dressing rooms... one working shower in the building (referees room)...really? I'm no premadonna but no showers, no heat in the dressing rooms, or in the building? Skanky durge and unsanitary everywhere. Absolutely brutal. This place used to be the worse. Hard to believe you can downgrade from there, but they have managed to achieve that. Even after the lipstick on a pig attempt at a Reno. Hockey factory indeed...suitable for a hard labor camp rink in the middle of the Siberian desert. Wear a mask...not for Covid...protect yourself from infection from whatever is brewing in this dank nasty pit.

Aside from the terrible ice and disrepair of the dressing rooms, benches and building, the cheapos that run/own this place, refuse to turn the showers on. For weeks/months, showers have been open at other private and public rinks but not Hockey Factory Vic Park arena. They are trying to squeeze every penny out of Covid. Too bad there’s not a negative star rating on here because that’s what this place deserves. Despicable!!

I take my 12 year old son and practices with coach Fitz.In one year he has improved 1000 percent.

Place is quite nasty. Pay a good buck and get broken, torn nets, filthy locker rooms and bathroom facilities with sheets of plywood leaning on the fixtures that could hurt someone. Had hoped that new ownership would make this place half decent.

Ice surface was pretty good, except the Zamboni corner.Change rooms were disgusting. Immediately when walking into ours, it was clear it had been a while since it's been swept or mopped. Same goes for the attached washroom, but worse. Used hockey tape, toilet paper all over the floor, a strong dirty bathroom odour, and a severely stained (and clogged) urinal.Showers don't work, you only find that out when you're done your game and ready to shower.

The fact that this place took our money for ice time is an absolute joke.We booked an hour for a game of shinny. When we showed up, the rooms that were assigned were being painted. We moved to the other 2 rooms to find out they had just been painted and the walls were still wet in some places.The showers weren’t in operation. No soap, paper towels or toilet paper.The ice was in terrible shape, and the nets had holes in the mesh.Absolutely brutal experience. 0 out of 5 I will never go back, completely unbelievable that they took our money.
