Heart Sushi
On June 6, we chose Heart Sushi Mississauga to celebrate our anniversary. When we walked in (around 11:40am) there were only another two table of guests. We sent out first order at 11:49am ( 13 items) but till 12:37pm, only two of them showed on table. I understand some items needed time to prepare, but food like seaweed salad, and edamame shouldn't take that long. The funny thing was, after our third round orders were all on the table , the rest of food from first order hadn't showed up. The 2 waitresses were nice and trying to help . Since I didn't want to over order , I had to track down every single item I had ordered . At the end, the worst thing happened. I ordered fried milk for dessert, and got two pieces of fried sour milk" . I had to spit out and clean my mouth quickly. I told the waitress and she took the rest of "sour milk "

We went for their AYCE lunch on a weekend. The quality was below average and a lot of staple AYCE items weren't on the list.

Overall it was pretty good. Tasty and fresh food (their salmon tasted awesome!), the service was okay (would have liked it to be a bit faster), fair price for an AYCE lunch sushi place on a Saturday ($29.99). We were a party of 2 and came 12:30pm, so we did not wait at all to get seated.

Cool little sushi spot with unique interior. There's an IPad for ordering all you can eat. Selection was pretty diverse ; sushi, sashimi, soups, salads, noodles, rice dishes, desserts, etc. Food quality was slightly above average for AYCE sushi. It's my third time there, I go there when I'm in Mississauga with friends. Service is decent as well.

I’ve ordered from here numerous times, and it’s not known for high quality, but usually it’s still pretty good. Today was too much though. Ordered delivery through UberEats and the salad lettuce was browning and clearly not fresh. Certain pieces of the salmon tasted significantly more “fishy” than the others which questions freshness, and the seaweed was so chewy it rendered every bite practically inedible. A shame to see 3 issues with different parts of the order all of which call into question the freshness of the product.

First time trying sushi in this area. We ordered a take out. The rolls were huge! Massive portions. The fish was fresh and they were not stingy at all. I’ve had a better sushi, but this could be a good alternative if Im in the area.

Just went there today. not so many people for luch. service is friendly. the food is also fresh, but tast is different from before, since they use machine for maki rolls to put rice on the seaweed sheet. tempuras are little too soft. the prices are much higher than before. so more expentation than before.

Will concur with the positive reviews. Every experience (dine in or take out) has been positive. The service is good, but if it's busy it will take longer. Don't think that should shock anyone and would like to see the restaurant where service time has an inverse relationship with the number of patrons present.RE: food/value... it's good, or good enough, take your pick. This is not meant as an insult, rather a compliment. For post-pandemic, dystopian prices (not the fault of Heart Sushi), the value for an all you can eat sushi buffet is there.

DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS! This place is so miscredited and I feel people are really bashing it for weird reasons. Let me give you my honest experience:The food felt very fresh— nothing was old or felt weird. The aburi (torched) sushi was very tasteful and has a nice suace. The other Makizushi were very nice and had nice sweet toppings inside (like the futomaki)! The tofu and the udon with pad Thai noodles were so good and crispy I would defiantly come back for those. The desserts were okay but I feel like you really have to like the flavors to eat them. Like if your REALLY like mango, then go for mango— because it is very strong flavour. The sesame ball and fried Mantou are fresh and so delightful— not too sweet or oily!! The dim sum is also great—- on par with other expensive restaurants that I have tried! The only negative thing id say was if and when it got busy, there was a wait time. I would suggest ordering sushi FIRST (because it takes the longest) then order the rest. Very nice people and they’re trying their hardest—- I know they are!

Fast service, nice decor and good food. They have an extensive menu with lots of options whether you are looking for meat, fish or vegetable options. They also have half price for your birthday (ID req'd) and they will even bring you a piece of cake!
