Renewed my insurance online/over the phone. Insurance rep did not go over my coverage at all and also failed to mention when my monthly payments would come out of my account. When I reviewed the payments, I found out two payments were scheduled to come out within six days of each other.Called back the same office the next day to ask a few questions related to my insurance and was told to contact ICBC directly. Completely unprofessional.I would not recommend dealing with this office at all.
