Shoppers Drug Mart

If anything can go wrong, here it will. The last straw was last night, July 8, 2023 called the pharmacy at 5:54pm to see if my drugs were ready, they said yes come in and get them neglected to mention. They closed in 6 minutes and I live 20 minutes away. Needless to say, I was completely out of my medication and brutally sick all night. Not to mention the 40 minutes I wasted in my car for nothing.

I experience great customer service. Can expect to leave with all items you come for. Just dont be afraid to ask staff if you have any questions. They are always willing to help out.

I went in to pick up a prescription and the pharmacists were run off their feet. Those ladies have patience of Angel's. People were lined up at both sides of the counter and the phone was ringing off the hook. Huge thank you for all that you do ladies! You should be proud of yourselves. They deserve a lot of credit for the great work they are doing! Thank you!

The worst pharmacy I have ever tried to use. I had my prescriptions moved to this location last year. I’ve never had a smooth experience. I had to start dealing with the location in Sarnia. I’d rather drive an hour to get my prescriptions than always leave the Grand Bend location frustrated and without my prescriptions.The store staff are awesome which is why I gave the 2 stars.

was in the store today shortly after 3pm. One cashier on, lots of people in line. She called for backup, and no one came. As I was getting checked out I looked and at least 10 people in line, and another cashier finally came up to the front. This is prime season in the Bend, and saturdays are busy, totally unacceptable customer service. I felt bad for young girl at the cash. Where is management????

This pharmacy has staff that are caring, attentive, respectful and go above and beyond expectations all the time. The various pharmacists have given meds using their names when my doctors office has dropped the ball and didn’t submit a refill script as requested by me, the patient. This is a very busy location and I see them swamped and they still maintain their calm and professionalism.The store itself is clean, tidy and floor staff are friendly.GOOD JOB to everyone of the staff there. You are noticed and appreciated by your customers.Thank YouAnn Nantes

Very poorly prepared to handle covid19 No limit on number of customers, no questions before entering (recent travel, cold, fever etc), no 6 foot distance markers, no one cleaning carts or wipes provided to clean your own and no wiping of checkout desk. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer easily missed as one entered but was there none the less and a small plexiglass protector that only shielded 1/2 of the checkout desk. They should check out the Pet Valu and LCBO at same mall. They both are excellently set up to protect staff and customers. and put Shoppers Drug Mart to shame.

Disappointed...if I could i would give this store no stars along with how shoppers themselves want to deal with the situation. I get stores get busy but when a two year old newly training has to pee...and you respond with no dont have a bathroom" that's a plain out lie and you know it I responded with "seriously" as my child two needs to pee and cant hold it cosmetic worker/lady responds with "well we do but I am not letting her use it" not the first bad experience from this store but to not let a child pee that is completely wrong... I did not just walk in looking for a bathroom I just spent 35 dollars in your store to place it in the car and my daughter then to say "mommy I go pee pee"...leaving the store with my child she says that lady make me sad I go pee pee" smh shoppers corporation and grandbend shoppers. All shoppers corporation says is sorry for the inconvenience..bsUpdate.....thanks but I have contacted shoppers and nothing is being done so what the point exactly??"
