My small animals and livestock are patients at heartland. They are amazing in both areas! They always follow up when they say they will and help give me confidence when dealing with a livestock issue that I have not encountered before. They are reasonably priced and care about the animals they help!

Dr. Emma is an incredible vet and one of the nicest people I've met. She explains things thoroughly, never talking down to you or rushing you. I recommend Heartland Drayton to everyone.

Got our little kitten spayed last week and she had an amazing time, she wasn't scared or hurting afterwards. The staff were also very kind and helpful, asking if we has any questions etc.

more expensive compared to most other vets. But staff is friendly, but any animal would be happy to come here

Phenomenal!! Nicole, Sam and Vanessa were amazing!!! They were professional and very caring. Nicole, took the time to examine my pup from head to tail. Ensuring that there were no other issues. She also gave me options and brochures on how to address my pup medical issues. No pressure, just so caring and compassionate. They all came out at the end (as they are doing curb side) to meet me. It was my first time there, I felt so welcomed. This is a 10+++ team.

Everyone here has been really amazing! Super nice, compassionate and understanding. They take great care of my animals and never make me feel like it is about money. They always give me options and their recommendations. Highly recommend this vet to anyone! Great customer service and care towards all animals going there!
