Had my 2021 wrangler in the fast-lane for an oil change and wheel rotation using my prepaid maintenance. Everything was done in 30min ish, which i thought it was very quick. Before heading out to the dealership, i have placed a sticker on the rear driver side wheel (this is something i have never done) and when i got the vehicle back, the sticker was still on the same spot (rear driver side). I briefly went through the work sheet/paper, it did say the tire rotation was done and it was taken off my prepaid maintenance. I did get together with the service desk agent along with the gentleman who did servicing to my wrangler. The explanation was that the measurements on my tires was even front and back it didn't need the rotation. If my tires did not need the rotation, i should have given an explanation on my paper and verbally also, they should have not charged it toward my prepaid maintenance. They will imburse a tire rotation but this was a very disappointing experience.

I would suggest for anyone wanting a new to them vehicle. Go into Bill Howich and talk to Red Jacket Rob. He was very helpful in finding a vehicle that suited me best for what I needed. Xen in the financial department was very helpful as well. She went over all the different options that worked with my budget.Thank you Red Jacket Rob and Xen.

I don’t usually write thank you reviews to a car dealership, but this one is well deserved in my opinion.I bought a second hand truck in November and just realized last weekend that the four wheel drive did not work. I took it back to Bill Howich and showed Al and Rob. Some dealers would have said that, that was my problem, you bought second hand. Or they might have fixed it with a cost to me.the hubs, bearings and some electrical had to be replaced. When they were finished it was approximately $3500. I went and picked up my truck today and everything was taken care of with no cost to me.I know this isn’t going to always happen, but I want them to know how much I appreciate what they did.Thank you Al, Rob and the service crew.Dave Anderson

Amazing customer service today. My first time at the dealership and from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left it was customer first all the way. One of the sales team walked over to us the minute we came in the door and guided us to the service department. Jeff at the service department listened tentatively!!to the problem I was having with my jeep. And then, without even being asked, he pulled up my jeep details using the Vin number to check for any open recalls that needed fixing. Amazing in itself as I didn’t know, that could be done and especially without being asked. Nice touch. Jeff offered up multiple suggestions for us to do while we waited for our vehicle( as we drove in from out of town ) and within the hour they had diagnosed the problem and they ordered a part. We came an hour early and they didn’t make us sit in the lobby and wait till the end of the day to give us our vehicle back. We felt so comfortable and taken care of today.
