Salesman Mark was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and without the extreme sales pressure that you normally get when making this type of purchase. Some very minor after sale outages were quickly addressed and corrected with a no hassle positive approach . Also a very friendly atmosphere and reception from all the staff at Andersons. I bought a Kobota excavator here last year, great salesman and service. They were able to get all my attachments and buckets I needed. Very good in stock equipment! Would have not bought the excavator if it wasn't in stock at the time. One attachment that had to be ordered came in late. They came all the way to the job site and picked up my machine, brought it back to their shop, attached it, then delivered it back for free! I will be buying my next piece of equipment here.

It is easy to look good when you are sell something or providing regular service. The acid test is what happens if there is a problem. I bought a Z724 zero turn from Anderson's 7 years ago and have had it serviced regularly there. This time I had barely used it after it came back and the belt came off. The tension pulley arm had not been put back on properly. What is impressive is Leanne at Anderson's response... no deflection or waffling... just a straight out appology for the issue and another apology because she could only get some one out the next day to fix it. 730h the next morning one of their mechanics is in my driveway to fix it. That is real customer service, and that is why they deserve five strars.

I purchased a 2022 bx23s from a salesman named Brad. Brad was amazing to deal with. Brad an I went over the tractor and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He made purchasing the tractor stress free, and to this day answers any questions I have with one phone call. Thank you Brad!On top of that, 3 months later, I had a minor safety switch issue that I was unable to resolve myself.I called Anderson Kubota at 3pm on a FRIDAY, and within 1 hour they had a technician named Kyle at my house who was able to resolve it.Kyle was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Kyle!If that isn’t top notch service I don’t know what is.Nothing but positive things to say . I will always shop at Anderson Kubota and so should you!!Thanks again guys!!!

I have dealt with Mark Bronson and Rick Elliot (service) for quite a while - I have purchased 3 Tractors, implements and Kubota zero turn. I am extremely satisfied with the service these two individuals provide. The rest of the staff is also very accommodating. I was disappointed to hear some people were being critical because of long lead times that are beyond the control of Anderson and staff. This is not fair to these employees and I know they are just as upset with the long lead times and are trying to do anything they can to resolve these issues when they can. I HIGHLY recommend Anderson especially the two individuals I mentioned.
