Such a cute quaint bakery, I ordered the caramel pecan tarts, peanut Thai salad from their prepared meals & smarty cookies! They sell beautiful home goods and cards as well

A little pricey, but you pay for what you get. The best croissants I’ve tried in Toronto. Their cookies are also highly addictive. Very kosher friendly especially for the holidays. Their snicker matza is one of the best treats I have ever tasted. Once you try you won’t deny that Phipps needs to become your regular go-to.

Yummy, local and quaint bakery. Our favourite is the Lemon Escapade Cake! Lots of snacks and desserts offered with a small hot table in the back. You can also buy frozen pies to bake at home - smells delicious!Tip: if you are buying for a special occasion, they also have a selection of cards and candles.

Phipps is my go-to bakery in midtown Toronto. I've never been disappointed with a dessert or sweet treat. While I can't comment on their savoury options, I've had birthday cakes, pies, cookies, brownies and other sweet treats from Phipps, and everything has been delicious. I often find street parking in front of Phipps on Eglinton, but there's also a paid GreenP lot around the corner. Update as of April 2023: I have since tried a savoury option, the vegetable lasagna and it was excellent.

The smell ! That's advertisement enough! Freshly baked bread and other delicacies will drawn you in. I was quite surprised to find hot food as well and those are good too. I tried the Quiche and a mixed vegetables. Beautiful decor. Cards and some party accessories are also sold. They are allowing 3 people at a time. Please wear a mask.

One the coziest coffee houses in Toronto. With the best decoration and most delicious food and cookies. The staff are kind and lovely. If you went there, don't forget to visit washroom area downstairs. It was the best and calmest style EVER!

Almost reluctant to review this as it often is sold out whenever I go, but the apple crumble is pretty insane. Highest quality ingredients. Had a caramel / chocolate birthday cake too and it was amazing. Served like a dozen people easily.

Love Phipps, the baked goods are delicious but the store layout needs updating. Sometimes it's difficult to maneuver around other customers and it would be great to have seats in the front window to sit at.
