Great selection of decorations for every occasion! The staff were friendly and the checkout process was quick.

We purchased & picked up over $100 worth of party supplies for a birthday a day prior to the party. We purchased balloons with helium. The following morning the balloons were no longer “floating” as they should have been. Contacted the store detailing the situation and from that communication, I understood that I would be refunded for the helium charge plus have the balloons replaced at no extra charge. When I arrived at the store and spoke to two different associates (the latter being a manager). Both were telling me that I could either have the balloons replaced OR get a refund..but not both. To me, that’s awful customer service. To think a big box store like Party City wouldn’t refund the cost of the helium and replace the defective balloons..especially to keep a loyal customer is beyond me. And when I told them I wasn’t going to shop there again, they seemed perfectly ok with that. On that note, I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone. Buy local and independent.

Huge selection, great staff, clean well lit store. The best place to go for helium balloons!!! unbelievable selection. Very busy on a Saturday as one can imagine so go early, totally worth it.

Great selection of party decor, no matter the theme they will have it here. This place is always busy especially their balloon service so give yourself ample time when you go. The staff are always incredibly friendly and the store well presented.

Air conditioning was intense, but that may be a good thing for those who work there. Clean store with A very organized layout. It made it easy for me too quickly find what I needed. There were a few options so that was a plus. And they had the stock I needed. Quick transaction, lots of parking, easy access to Macleod trail.

I’ll look over the fact that the store still has empty rows three weeks post Halloween. It does have a lot of everything you need for a great party. Everything. I also find the prices to be very reasonable. The consistent issue is the people who work their. They seem like they would rather work anywhere else but here... and it’s a party store. Today’s highlight. After paying the cashier, who had interest in doing her job, half attempted to fold the receipt (it was a large order of several hundred dollars),she then gave up and crumpled it at me.... at least I got a lot of fun stuff.

I had an issue with a pick up order where half the items were missing due to some miscommunication.It took me 3 weeks just to be able to get back to the store due to my work schedule but the lady who helped me refunded all my items not received back with no fuss.I was so worried I'd lose that $75 forever and I am so thankful especially during these pricey times. I wish I got her name so I could mention her here!The staff have been excellent on all my visits.

Best place to find things for kids parties. Would give them five starts but some stock issues. Worth visiting if you have kids.

So happy with the balloons and other random things we found here for our daughters birthday. Such a wide array of things in store for any party occasion. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
