This dollar store is the same chain of dollar store as the one in Sechelt. The Sechelt store is exceptional. Would like to see this Vancouver store mirror theirs The kitchen and art supply sections are better in that store. Just seems to have more of everything.

Excellent location with all the dollar store necessities, minus the food. They had limited selection of chocolates though, by the counter, but no spices etc. Excellent selection of everything else, including Christmas decorations. Paid street parking along Broadway St in that area. Very nice staff!

I have a complaint. I was truly expecting our balloons to last a few days, maybe five, for my 5yo to enjoy. So then I could throw them away and have a bday decor free home. Here we are TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER. Purchase with caution.Despite that, the staff way beyond helpful and patient, helping me choose the right mix of balloons. Plus I picked up a fun puzzle and some great placemats.

You can pretty much find anything that you’re looking for in this dollar store. Quality is good. Store is very clean and organized. I wouldn’t call this a dollar store at all though since their price is like superstore/Walmart. For example, their basket is $15, plant pots for $12 and kitchen items for $8.
