The store is as good as any drug store for selection and price. The walk in clinic is nice. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The service is slow, rude and inaccurate. They've missed part of a prescription on me a few times. I have since stopped using then and don't regret it.

Every time I got to get a refill on my medicine, the pharmacist always gives me a hard time because she can't understand basic instructions. I simply tell her that since i'm under 25, I get my prescriptions for free. Then she is acting like an investigator because she doesn't believe me. I asked to speak to another pharmacist, and she left me on the phone for 20 minutes straight! I just called again and told her you rudely left me on the phone waiting forever for someone to pick up." She tells me that the other pharmacist was giving out flu shots! Then I was like

They used to be a great Pharmacy about 6 years ago. They are rude, do not call when items are ready when you asked them to, and unprofessional. My parents who are seniors had reserved their flu shot this is pre-covid and they ended up giving away their shot even thought they reserved with an appointment. They are over 75. They did this 2 years in a row. I have never been happier since I switched to another pharmacy. It is like night and day. They are organized, happy and professional. It's too bad this Rexall went down hill.

It is one of the local pharmacy, after hours clinic and drugstore. The store is well stocked with everything you would expect - cosmetics, medical supplies, magazines, limited food selection and much more. When they have their sales the prices are very competitive, almost unbeatable.They also have the pharmacy which is very convenient being next to the after hours clinic. We have always been satisfied with the service and availability of prescriptions. They are usually ready quickly and if you have questions the Pharmacist will assist.The after hours clinic is a good size clinic with long hours. Just like the other facilities, it can get busy depending on the time year and bugs going around.There is plenty of parking and the store can be easily accessed from Malden or Sprucewood.

The pharmacy staff here are absolutely amazing. They have consistently gone above and beyond to help me on more than 1 occasion. So happy I moved my prescriptions over from Shoppers.

Very rude and unprofessional at lasalle location, if they don't want to help you, they will hang up on you be warned, no concern for someone who is seeking medical information, I sujest going anywhere but here! If you don't want to help people, Maybe you should find a new job.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Completely unprofessional. I've left here dissatisfied for over 6 months now. Switched from generic to name brand to jack prices. Wouldn't provide behavioral medication when my doctor was out of town to tide me over because they coukdnt authorize it." None of my information transferred from one location to the next

If you pay cash for your medication, check what they gave you BEFORE you leave. They overcharged me $100+ by giving me extra pills at a lower dosage. I researched I realized they could have easily saved me $100+ dollars by simply modifying what pills they dispensed. Although they acknowledged their mistake, they would not right their wrong because I left the store with them. My advice, go somewhere else so you do not have to pay for their incompetence.

I took my disabled wife and granddaughter in for their 4th covid shot only to be treated with extreme rudeness. I called the store first to check on the shot availability and the recording said no appointment needed but when I got there it was a different story! I was told that it was going to be a wait by priority but there was nobody there waiting. When I questioned it they said they needed to fill orders. So I asked for the manager who gave me attitude and as I tried to discuss it with her she told me that I could leave. I then called a short time later to get names of the manager and pharmacy staff but this time the assistant manager answered the call at which time he told me that they had to mix the vaccine which can take take 10 minutes. Seems like they can't get their story straight... Needless to say I was refused the pharmacy staffs name. After I left I went to shoppers drug mart across the street and was in and out in no time and all without anattitude as it should be.I will never go into that store again to be treated so badly! A friend of mine also reiterated the same treatment and he stopped going there long ago.Here we are 2 days later and now I've been trespassed from this store. That's right trespassed so a business can mistreat you and if you try to challenge them in anyway they can get rid of you that easy! No accountability!
