I have been going through drive-thru regularly for morning coffee over the last month. The employees are fast, friendly and make an effort to help me and make it a pleasurable experience. They grooved me in on using the McDonald’s app and earning points which was nice.

Young employee are not well formed. It's the latte week special and there is no one at the latte machine doing the 3 order of latte waiting. While wer'e waiting a young employee is chatting and laughing and wait for burger to come out instead of doing other order. Another employee has to tell him to go to the latte machine doing coffee instead of chatting. Everytime we go there the same kind of thing happen. Form your employer better.

12 employes but can't be open 24h!! i remember when i worked at mcdo we were 6 for each shift (day, evening and night) and we were faster then your 12 employes! Dont respond to me saying we missing staff". What you all are missing right now is employes with skills and that want to learn and work

I ordered from my phone app and ordered a Double Big Mac, with extra 3 meat patty. Which = 7 pieces pieces of meat patty. They ended up giving me 5. This is a very unprofessional and silly mistake. As the piece of paper on the box indicates Fouble Big Mac “3 extra Pâté hambu”. How do they keep their job?

Food is what you expect. But service was so bad. We waited more than 30minutes for 2 trios.And it was SO dirty, bins were full and rubbish were falling from them, the drink section was disgusting and all dispensers were empty.I know it's a fast food but please respect your customers and CLEAN.
