If you are looking for a custom suit or someone to take care of your outfit for your wedding, I HIGHLY recommend the Moore’s at Uptown, specifically I need to shoutout Sara and Lawrence. I went in months before my wedding date allowing them ample time to help guide and fit me into my perfect look. They took care of everything from accessories to the cloth used to make my custom suit. They were patient and polite, reassuring and complimentary. If they did not have something I was looking for they would direct me to the proper outfitter in town. Please save yourself any hassle and come to this location when you are looking for wedding, graduation or special occasion custom clothing. You will not be disappointed. Sara, Lawrence and the rest of the Moore’s staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart.Do not come in last minute and expect a miracle.. do the responsible thing and leave enough time.

All three of my groomsmen’s shirts were the wrong size.Two guys couldn’t even do there top button up because the neck size was wrong and the other was two sizes to big, despite them being “fitted”I went in a personally talked to a guy who was apparently a manager to add shoes for one of my groomsmen’s and they failed to communicate with the Nanaimo location about the addition, in his own fault he didn’t check the bag when he picked it up and we were left scrambling last minute.They also absolutely butchered a friend of mines wedding last summer.I am beyond upset with this atrocious service and will never use Moores again.

Got my wedding suit at here, the stuffs are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Owen who had us at the beginning. Great shopping experience.

I hate going into this store. Consistently understaffed and when staff is available, they lack attention to detail like in choosing shirt + combos and doing tailoring. I’ve only ever bought suits at Moore’s but won’t anymore
