Wow. Customer service. Look no further than this shop for any engraving and trophy needs. I went today after wasting money at Things Engraved. Never again! Emad treated me like gold, and came up with a solution to my trophy which needed an addition He has an incredible shop and has a customer for life in me. Never getting ripped off at Things Engraved again.

Rima from SGA was great to work with. Her prices are good and work was done very quickly! All done over text and email so I didn't have to make the trip out to her store...that was so convenient. She was patient and understanding when I ended up taking a bit to answer her messages since I had fallen ill. No pressure sales! Literally, I put in the order when I was ready and within 36 hours the trophies were delivered to my doorstep with no extra charge! (I do live in the Ottawa region but it did save me the drive and the gas.) Thanks Rima and SGA!!! Will definitely go back and definitely would recommend.

Ordered trophies and medals from here, ready on time as requested. I had made a spelling mistake on one kids name and they were able to fix it for me while I waited. Amazing customer service. P.s. they have some extra music trophies you can request as special order.
