Natalie is fantastic! She took on my crazy goldendoodle, Luna. Prior to Natalie's program, Luna was a nightmare. She pulled so hard on her leash it was almost impossible to walk her, she would jump up on visitors, and her recall was non existent. Over the duration of the board and train, Natalie provided me the tools and techniques to ensure Luna would consistently display appropriate behaviors. After Natalie's program walks with Luna have been enjoyable, her recall is fantastic and visitors coming into our home is no longer a struggle. I can not praise Natalie enough. She really is one of the best!

Westfall K9 Training has given me the freedom to easily take my dog wherever I go. Natalie was able to get my excitable, pulling dog to heel beside her within minutes. She's taught him to be confident in himself, to trust the direction of humans and to stick to a strict set of rules that he will follow even when there's no one watching. Natalie's customer service is impeccable. Westfall K9 TrainingAfter much research of dog trainers in Alberta and surrounding provinces. We decided on Natalie for our lab (11 months durring training). I was skeptical at first of having my boy away for 3 weeks, but Natalie made the transition so much easier with daily updates and check ins which made the time go by alot quicker. On our 2 week mid session it was great to see Whiskey's progress in person, but a definite learning curve for us to his new commands and structure. There was no more excessive pulling, demand barking, anxiety, jumping and other not so ideal behavoirs he usually displayed. I often feel we needed the training more than Whiskey does but we are all on the same page now and that has made a world of a difference to how enjoyable life is. Whiskey is still his silly, fun, sweet self just much less trouble. I feel confident and safe taking him places. I see a bright future of adventures now with this foundation of training we continue to build on each day. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. She is always willing to help and answer questions and offers her time if able to help with any problems or situations. As a fellow Balanced Trainer, Natalie is very knowledgeable. Although she has not trained one of my dogs personally she is someone that I have often turned too for advice! Watching the dogs from start to finish through social media, her results are fantastic! Communicating fairly, clearly, and holding the dogs accountable, she is changing both K9 & human lives.
