Very professional shop. Highly recommended. I called about 6 or 8 places that either refused the work, or never even bothered returning my call. My repair was straightforward. They were able to fix my old gas" issues with my Tohatsu MFS9.8B 4-stroke outboard. I purchased this motor used with my sailboat

Klaus Marine epitomizes excellent, knowledgeable service; Paul replaced a spark plug lead for me on the spot this morning, and provided me with a no-longer-in-production part for my older outboard at an excellent cost. This is why it is so important to buy locally. I might have been able to find the part on eBay, but would never have access to the years of expertise that Paul has!

I went in to pick up a few small parts specifically, spark plugs, fuel filter and gasket and while I pre-ordered them on the phone, I also asked a question about winterizing an outboard. I was told that they would ask one of the techs when I arrive to pickup the parts.When I arrived to pick up the parts, the parts were ready and the person behind the desk remembered my call and asked the tech to come out to help me out. The tech took the time to actually help me and gave great advice.It was refreshing to see that they understand that 10 minutes of their time can go a long way.I've found my permanent marine supplier and I highly recommend it for anyone else!

Very knowledgeable and are a fantastic source for parts, I have sent many people to them over the years. However, I have not found them fairly priced. Just purchased a new fuel hose from them, and find afterwards I could easily have bought the same (scepter branded) for 50% of what they charged. Depending on your needs this price may be worth their knowledge, but after this experience I will be shopping around first!
