Very poor customer service. In the days of COVID, you would think that a company would be more accommodating to potential clients. A simple picture retake or typing a model number was all that was needed. Check out their FB page for more reviews.

always fair n honest n understandable for when u need to put something in on a loan n if by chance cant pay to extend the loan 4 a month on the day it needs to be but u get paid a day r 2 after they will hold onto it 4 u and not charge u extra one of the best pawns around that u can go to :) owners a real nice guy

Bought a welder that they said worked, but couldn't test. Looked new so took a chance and bought it for $250 and not negotiable. Took it home and cost me another $200 to fix it. Went in with premium watches to sell, they said no because overstocked. Use someone else if you need something or want to sell something. These 2 guys have no idea what they're doing.In response... It took a week of phone calls and going to retailers to track down the correct part needed. Then another week to receive the part, and changed it myself. Which required disassembly of the welding machine. Your 3 days is a slap in the face to your customers, as most give 14 days. Your customer service is a benefit to you and not a customer. Change you policy in this regard because you are loosing customers with the current one. It's obvious to me that you yourself did not test the item as you said you didn't have an outlet to accommodate a test of the equipment in question. Poor business

This place does not disappoint. Every time we go there we walk out with something special and meaningful to us. No matter what it is, they seem to know what we are looking for in an item. Great staff and quality merchandise.

I've been to this location multiple times to look at rings. The customer service is excellent. I have never felt pushed into anything and the owner knows a lot about his products. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend.

Went and bought a ps1 from there. They said it worked fine and was tested but when i got home it didnt even start up. I wont be buying game systems from there.

This is a nice clean store! Great customers service. Have reccomrecomto my friends. I come from Abbotsford. I like it way better than my local options. Definitely recommend!!!!
